OOC: For starters, where is he pulling over? The highway? A back
street? You're in the capital city, there's a lot of busy roads.
IC:
1,000 feet above Federal Highway 20, Predator #139-H followed
the course of the road. The descriptions from civilian drivers
were sent to the UAV, telling it what way the suspect was
heading. From the looks of it, he might strike at the mall.
Already, police were upping security at the shopping center.
Not that the drone cared. All it was doing was watching and
waiti... a-ha.
Its camera zoomed in on a black van going exactly the speed
limit- not a hair over. The plates were imaged, and confirmed.
Instantly, the information was being transmitted to the Federal
Police and the Landfall Police Department.

In Secret
Lincoln stopped on the side of the road in a back road. He wired
the van with a bomb then ran away. He ran and waved down a
driver that was about to pull into the main road in a truck.
Lincoln pulled his silenced pistol out as the man was about to
lock the door and shot him in the head. He immediately dragged
the mans body out and left it in the wired van. He entered the
Grey Audi and began heading back into the main traffic. He was
sure no one saw him but who knows. He went a bit faster then the
speed limit heading 10 mph over the limit.

OOC: I think you need to RP him getting off the highway and
finding a back road to go to. And is the driver- who gets no
chance to react- driving a truck, or an Audi? Those are
completely different. I'm also not sure on the wiring for the
truck bomb, but if Caos has no issues with it, it's fine with
me.
IC:
The drone continued to follow the van, and it was soon joined in
the air. Two police helicopters appeared as well, tailing the
van, while the majority of the federal and city police
department scrambled to intercept and apprehend the gunman.

OOC: Ehhh.... The wiring is iffy. If by wiring he means priming
the bomb, then go for it. If he means anything else that has to
do with wiring, such as setting the bomb up to explode in a
certain way, after a certain time, or any other modifications
not previously added into the bomb, then forget every single
thing you thought you knew. If you're going for anything besides
priming the bomb, then it's impossible. BUT... Not for the
reasons you think.
If this man is what I think he is, and that means he's damn
smart and knows a lot about explosives, guns, etc., then he
KNOWS how to make the bomb, etc.. But you never gave him the
resources. To make the bomb explode in any other way than the
way it was made to explode (this does not include the ability to
explode in the ways it was, ie multi purpose bombs that can be
fitted to do more than one thing), then you need equipment to do
that. You need the correct sensors (you don't), you need the
correct wires (you never brought them), you need the correct
computing chips (DEFINITELY didn't get that, eh? This does,
however, mean rudimentary things as well, so hey), and you need
the tools.
I see none of that here.
IC: At the request of an unnamed man, an SS company, and a
battalion of SA troopers were ordered to dispatch. Following the
secret order, the perimeter of the base, the DEN embassy, and
the representative's house was surrounded by SA soldiers. At
that same time, four military recon drones using surveillance
equipment were launched from the base, and two armed military
attack helicopters (HAH-210s), and two transport helicopters
with 10 soldiers each inside took off from the area. The recon
drones began circling the area slowly, and began gathering
information from the area, including what the van looked like,
what was being deployed, etc. They relayed the information to
the helicopters, who were armed with six Valkyrie AT missiles,
and four rocket pods with special laser guided 70 mm rockets.
Two rocket pods were smoke.

IC:
Lincoln heard the sirens before he saw them and he drove 30 feet
and found a back road. His GPS showed him that he could get out
of the city if he followed this road and made two turns. He sped
that way quickly away from the sound of approaching sirens.

HAH-210 Attack Helicopters Hammer and Major Tom
"Target has moved off the highway, repeat, target has moved off
the highway. Speed has not changed." The radio headset of both
pilots mentioned, alerting the attack helicopters of the
deviation of plans. They had been flying in the air, waiting for
the van to be seen, but until now they couldn't.
"Roger that. Moving to intercept." Hammer, the call sign of the
first pilot, repeated into his headset. He turned the helicopter
to the left and headed for the road the van took, now getting a
directional from the drones flying above. "Transports, move to
intercept vehicle fly low and box him in before he can leave the
city."
"Roger that, Hammer. Moving to intercept." The transport
helicopter pilots reported. Instead of slowly cruising to look
for the van, they angled forward and sped off at full speed to
the end of the road, carrying with them caltrops to stop the
cars. In their sprint of powe, they momentarily flew over the
police helicopters at full speed, flying off. "Hammer and Tom,
we've got visual on target. Head for these coordinates..."
"Roger that. We've got visual on helis. Moving to confirm." Tom
replied, and the two helicopters began moving towards the police
helicopters they had on radar, before finally coming into
visual.
"QRF, this is HQ. We've got two T-15s and three armored cars en
route on the highway. We'll block the entrance for you and get
the cars off the road for a clear shot." HQ at the base
reported. The command center was getting a good picture of
everything... Including the armed vehicles. "Endurancan Police,
this is the DEN army base. We've got eyes on target and are
moving to intercept. I repeat, we have eyes on the target. Do
not engage armed forces, do NOT engage armed forces. Can you
clear the roads for us? We've got a convoy en route to help
clear the area, but we need more help."

"DEN Command, this is Chief Victor Hernandez of the Federal
Police. We'll keep the streets clear and our eyes in the sky.
Helos beside yours are Watchdog 1 and Watchdog 2, and the EFAF
has Predator 13- niner hotel. Sending you the frequency to talk
to them."
Meanwhile, squad cars both cleared the streets for the
approaching DEN convoy, while the heavier armored
SUV/interceptors continued to trail the man in the van.

((Okay, no you said back road and highway. Back roads are
literally another way around besides the main road. You wouldn't
be in the city; traffic in a city is NOT fast, and you wouldn't
be able to escape that well. You physically couldn't speed. Not
that well. Well, you could, but you wouldn't be turning into an
alley like that. There wouldn't be a chance. You'd be on a MAIN
road, then turning off the main road/high way, and then stuck.))
"Roger that. We'll transfer the info to the pilots." He said,
and rolled his eyes at his station. At this point it was just a
formality that he let them tell him; the recon drone had already
been scanning most of the frequencies of the city, and could
listen in on the phone calls if he wanted. "Any requests on our
end? We've got eyes and ears on him."

"Watchdog 1 and 2, come in. This is Hammer and Major Tom. We've
got you on visual, and we have sights on the target. Can you
herd him?" The pilot asked. He looked at the info he had, and he
could see the police heli's on the radar, and was just getting
confirmation that the transport helis were in their positions.
One of them had landed and immediately began blocking the road,
stopping the cars and running a couple hundred meters forward to
deploy caltrops. The soldiers sat up around the exit, hiding
behind cars and getting the civilians out of the area.

With the highway and roads being cleared, the convoy revved up
to full speed, not hindered by the issue of the civilians
anymore.
