In Secret
After 20 minutes and the police not arriving he detonated the
bombs by calling the number that was the trigger. Two huge
explosions rang out and sprayed nails all over. Lincoln then
drove away following the speed limit heading towards the local
mall with his two explosives.
OOC:Endurancan is it public knowledge where your leader is at in
the hospital?

OOC: No.
IC:
Police and emergency service arrive within minutes of the
explosion. Security footage shows the suspect placing the
explosives inside, as well as the vehicle he was driving. A
manhunt quickly ensues, with the EFAF launching Predator-B UAVs
to scout for the vehicle; a black, windowless cargo van.
As bulletins go out, tips come in, and the police contacts the
EFA for additional support, if need be.
The local market suffered no deaths, thankfully, but two dozen
people were mutilated by flying nails and debris.

In Secret
Lincoln pulls his van over and quickly wires an explosive to go
off once any of the doors are opened but pauses before he
finishes. He smoothly stands in the middle of the road with two
backpacks on holding explosives and the other holds his
dismantled sniper rifle with ammo and two pistols with ammo, and
waves down a driver. The driver stops as his only other option
is to run the man over. He walks towards the driver car door and
motions for him to roll his window down. As he does this he
slickly pulls his silenced pistol out discreetly. As the window
rolls down he pulls the gun out and orders the man to get out
and enter the van in the back. Lincoln smiles at the man and
fires one shot into the mans head. Lincoln then finishes wiring
the car. "Good good, now the body will be destroyed in the blast
along with a couple cops." He though grimly. He walks over to
the car, and smiles. The car was an Audi, "This will be fun!
Something fast!" He thought. He got in and drove away to inspect
any hospital near the shot sight.
He looked at several hospitals and none fit what he needed. He
then discovered one hospital that was guarded. "Hmm I've found
you President North." He muttered. He then drove away quickly to
a nearby hotel that overlooked the hospital. He didn't bother
entering the front door to risky. He went to the back of the
hotel and picked a lock on a maintenance entrance.bLincoln
entered the building, and swiped a Master Key, and took the fire
escape up to the top floor. He knocked on a door facing the
hospital and when no one answered he opened it slowly with his
gun drawn. What he saw pleased him. The bed was freshly made and
no one had been in there lately. To take precautions he
barricaded the entrance and set explosives to the barricade.
Only the police could enter now and when they did a bomb would
go off. He then set up his sniping position back from the open
window. No one could spot him now! He assembled his rifle and
began to search the windows for his target that would be lying
in his bed. His rifle would have no problem punching through the
window and staying on target. He would soon find his target he
knew.

((That was waaaaay too fast and waaaay too public, and do you
really think he'd be guarding the entire place with UNIFORMED
people? And you seem to have an awful lot of explosives...))

OOC: How to fast? I was already in the city near the hospital.
Also I RPied making 4 explosives. Two were used in the attack on
the store, one is in the van, and one is in the hotel room

OOC: In fairness, the hospital he was at was disclosed. However,
Caos is right. That all went way too fast, and gives me no
chance to interact. There were several times he could have been
detected, etc.
