       So that's that, it may not be ideal and I personally do not like
       it, but the Constitution is absolute. Unless of course we change
       the Constitution.

       OOC: CSM, have you yet thought that this Section 10 from the
       Constitution would be dealing with a more national level? I say
       this because the States are strictly prohibited from making
       treaties with foreign powers, and each state is sovereign with a
       government of its choosing, meaning that they have the power to
       make laws at the State level.
