He's literally breaking the law. First by assuming that we are
putting officers in there, then by saying he won't let them in.

The Secretary of Defense has stated that the federal officers
must be let into the state, and that to bar such action is
unconstitutional. Furthermore, any and all other federal
officers who enter the state will be armed and guarded by a
caravan of armored cars. He says that he does not want conflict,
but this must happen.

OOC: Bot to challenge the SecDefs authority, but that seems rest
her escalatory and semi-irresponsible.
I urge the Secretary of Defense to be a bit more moderate in his
actions, consider the current political climate of the NCSA, do
we really want to open yet another front?
