The Patriot Bill

Fellow Nations of the Neo-Confederate States of America. I am
alarmed at the number of states we have allowed into this nation
which support leftist ideology. I need your support to remove
leftist, socialist states from the Confederacy. It is time to
take a step toward bettering this nation, a step towards
bettering our children, a step towards bettering our moral
grounds. This is a land founded by the Almighty God, a land
which should not permit those whom speak against his word. It is
today we must disband these leftists! Columbia will declare war
on these leftist nations if they are not removed. I can expect
the backing of the Antebellum and the Liberty Parties! Let us
stand strong against the evils inside this nation!

After reviewing the bill the Speaker of the Congress contacts
the Representative from Columbia, "I'm sorry sir but all bills
must be in the proper format before they may be considered.

if you wish to oppose socialistic thought I suggest you find a
different reason than God. As long as a nation does not prohibit
his worship, which mine does not, I personally believe that a
Socialist nation is closer to his intent than a capitalist one.
Capitalism, essentially, is about gain. The Apostle Paul in 1
Timothy 6:10 wrote For the love of money is the root of all
evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the
faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Socialism, however, is about making sure that wealth is
distributed evenly in a nation, or at least that the less
fortunate in your society are cared for. The Lord himself has
this to say on the subject of caring for the less fortunate in
Matthew 25: 34-40 Then shall the King say unto them on his right
hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom
prepared for you from the foundation of the world: For I was an
hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me
drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye
clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and
ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying,
Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and
gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in?
or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in
prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say
unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it
unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto
me. Furthermore the early church itself was a Socialist
institution. We find this in Acts 2:44-45 And all who believed
were together and had all things in common. And they were
selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the
proceeds to all, as any had need."

OOC: Owned, and Missouri is right. When this bill is in the
appropriate format I will begin to argue against this bill. But
this is a cool idea. Pretty controversial, I'm down.
