"First of all, we would like to apologize for withdrawing our
interest in funding your space agency. We felt that it made
little sense to build up yet another space agency, when we
already have two functional ones in the NCSA.
Nevertheless, we would gladly invest in your country.
You know, Diddyland is an economically incredibly strong
country, but we have a dreadful landscape. It's really not that
nice of a place to be in, I must sadly admit.
Our idea was to invest in your tourism sector. We would like to
help you build nice hotels, spas and malls along your atlantic
shore, along those beaches of yours.
In exchange, Diddyland citizens would get much cheaper rates for
their vacation.
This way, we could offer our citizens an escape from our
terrible weather and landscape, and you would get a significant
income from your tourist sector."

"While this offer is appreciated and generous, please allow me
to speak openly about this. I believe tourist gawking at local
people and things built in a State is demeaning for both the
tourists and residents, however the importance of recreation is
very important to both of our countries. Currently we suffer
from an abundance of jobs, and while it may not be a permanent
solution I ask permission for Diddylandian citizens to immigrate
if they desire, and it is my hope that this would encourage such
a movement. However this offer will be heavly considered. Now
that that is out of the way anything else?"
