The ESA is more than willing to cooperate with the Curiosity
Space Center. Computer equipment for spacecraft and telemetry
are offered to the new program, as well as the use of the North
Columbia Launch Range.
Icarus and Sentry rockets are the only launch vehicles at the
moment, and the Sentry is too large to be moved. However, Icarus
rocket fuselages may be shipped in stages to Curiosity if so
wished.

DEN is readily offering it's Buran space shuttle, as well as
it's Orbiter launch vehicles. All of them are very effective
vehicles and could easily be used to great advantage.

We think it would be more appropriate to jointly research a new
rocket and innovate current technology. The designs would be
shared with the ESA but the rocket receives launch from the
Curiosity Space Center.

OOC: Those ARE the newest technology DEN has made. Those are
simply names...

OOC: That response was poorly timed, I was talking to Enduraca,
didn't even know you proposed that DEN.

Enduranca approves of the plan for joint-research.
UPDATE: The ESA sends plans for a possible heavy launch vehicle,
project codenamed ARTEMIS

*Note: ARTEMIS is not yet designed to handle manned spaceflight,
as the ESA has no experience yet with crewed capsules.

With hurried construction, and the cutting of many corners,
Curiosity Space Center has announced the construction of its
first unmanned rocket. The small rocket, known now as the
"Redrock" Class, is scheduled to launch later today.
Developments will be posted here as they occur.

Questions: Where is the launch site? May The Libreated Cream
view data collected by the Redrock?

OOC: This is a really rough sketch of the area the CSC occupies
the red dot is roughly where the launch is.
Liberated Cream is more than welcome to observe the launch and
receive the data, however it would be appropriate to reciprocate
in this sharing of information.

With the Buran program finished and ready for testing, the first
shuttle flight is expected to start very soon. It will feature
completely manned spaceflight, and will have an emergency
capsule ready for rescue operations prepared for launch by an
Orbiter craft. This is a very exciting moment for DEN, as this
is the first manned space flight in NCSA history.
