Curiosity Space Center

His Excellency has begun plans for the formation of (hopefully)
the largest Space Facility in the Confederacy. The newly named
Curiosity Center for Space Exploration is a very ambitious
project, expecting to reach Billions of dollars in development,
the current plans for the Space Center would include a
manufactory for the on-site construction of rocketry,
electronics, and aerospace parts. Other additions to be added
later in the plan would include a robotics center, living
quarters, advanced research facilities for orbital, space, and
extraterrestrial phenomenon, on-site food production, on-site
power sources, multiple launch sites, permanent orbital
contained facility construction areas, satellite relay, and
cosmonaut/astronaut training facilities. This is an ambitious
project, His Excellency has noted this, and is open to
contribution. He has also wished for other States wishing to be
space capable to send possible cosmonauts/astronauts for
training once facilities are operational. However it is to be
noted that this Space Center is only for Peaceful purposes, and
His Excellency wishes to make that abundantly clear to every
State in the Confederacy.

Plans are still being drawn, but we will always accept help from
our friends in DEN. Please let us know what your State will be
contributing.

Diddyland would send finance minister Ayush Gottelli.
Gottelli, on behalf of Diddyland, would propose to build the
space center with mission control and the launch pad.
Details and everything else would be discussed during the
meeting.

The Enduranca Space Agency and the Enduranca Federal Air Force
both express interest in collaboration.
The esa has constructed a new launch complex on Cape
Disappointment, which is offered for use.

With the help of DEN the Mission Control and first Launch Pad
has finished construction, furnishing of the interior will begin
later. Currently the workers are working on the Vehicle Assembly
Building, and plan to work on the Cosmonaut/Astronaut Training
and Living Complex.

While we are a young nation, we would like into space. It would
be an opportunity to advance our scientific knowledge and to
boost the morale of our country by making it known that we can
into space. We may be willing to consider contributing a few
million dinars, possibly more, as well as some of the intrepid
test pilots from our revolutionary war, IF we find that the
actions and goals of the Curiosity Space Center are in line with
those of progress and human welfare.

The State of Liberated Cream is welcome to discuss our goals and
contributions to our program.
We actively seek the assistance and cooperation of Enduraca in
our Space Program.
In other construction news the Cosmonaut/Astronaut facilities
have been completed. The Facilities include sleeping quarters,
mess hall, exercise room, waste facilities, active G-Force
testing, and recreational facilities. While the consumption of
Cannabis is becoming popular in Turkduken, any stationed
Astronauts/Cosmonauts are prohibited from any consumption of
alcohol or drugs.
