       The Confederate State of Turkduck would like to announce new dev
       lopments

       A new branch of the newly reorganized army of Turkducken will be
       gathering Volunteers for service in the NCSA army, this would be
       in hopes to contribute in a meaningful way to the Armed Forces
       of the Confederacy. Lastly in response to a surge of jobs, the
       State of Turkducken would like to formally invite any citizens
       from any State that wish to live in the State of Turkducken,
       however before these people leave His Excellency asks that every
       State that would be sending these people to give an accurate
       counting of how many to expect, along with formal records of
       their citizenship, these emigrants would be welcomed as full
       citizens if all requirements are met.

       Only 5,000 Volunteers have sworn allegiance to the NCSA. Also no
       immigrants as of yet have arrived from other States, His
       Excellency finds this news disheartening.
