King William 2 has begun the process to annex the rest of Oregon
under state control. Diplomats will be sent to key areas in
order to see what the people want in return for citizenship and
annexation. As these people would immediately become citizens,
they are not required to fill out immigration paperwork.

King William III is making a deal with the people of Eastern
parts of Oregon to annex their land. They get no property tax
for the first 24 months of annexation, pay punitive income
taxes, and get automatic citizenship upon annexation. Many
leaders look at this favorably, and an agreement is soon thought
to be made.
