       Section 2: All territory that is owned by a single state must be
       contiguous, and may not be separated by another state, unclaimed
       land, or any body of water larger than Lake Superior. Islands,
       such as Hawaii, are exempt from this, but are limited to the
       immediate islands in their main cluster. A state's territory may
       not posses a corridor.
       Definitions:
       Lake Superior square mileage/kilometrage: 31,700 square miles or
       82,170 square kilometres
       unclaimed land: Any land on the map left blank (or white), not
       colored in to denote state held territory.
       Contiguous: Touching; in contact with.
       Corridor: A thin stretch of land 3/4 longer that it is wide that
       separates two states, a state and potentially claimed land, or 2
       plots of potentially claimed land.

       It's okay; I certainly don't want to get into a contest over it.
       Missouri suggested that I just move to Alabama (at least
       including the area with a port on the Gulf, and as much of the
       rest as is acceptable), and I think that would be a good
       solution, but I think I'd rather just do nothing for now. I'm in
       an ongoing RP related to being neighbors with Turckducken, so
       moving would be odd, and I don't really think I need a lot of
       land.
       Expanding just seemed an ICly appropriate thing to do -- I
       imagine the Reich government has to be a little bit expansionist
       at some point :) -- but if OOC matters don't allow it I don't
       mind.
       So to be totally clear, please consider the request withdrawn.
