[move][shadow=red, left]Jason Grand Appointed By Older Brother To
Take Over Prime Minister Position[/shadow]
[/move]

HTML http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/03317/Poland_Andrzej-Dud_3317299b.jpg
Earlier this afternoon Jason Grand gave a public address
in front of a crowed of over 12,000 citizens in the City of
Philadelphia. With a few simple words, Grand had let the whole
nation know that he would be filling the position that his
brother had left to become the VP of the NCSA. This news was
swift and shocking as the news had been calling for early
election, considering the three months left on Adam Grands first
term a fair amount of time for candidates to campaign. The whole
nation was surely expecting to see Adam Grand run and win a
second four year term, but with his quick decision to help the
entire region as whole in a leadership position, candidates from
all walks of life were popping up to run for the vacant spot.
The Queen who had always disagreed with Adam Grand but kept a
good relationship in front of the public has expressed her
frustration with the decision by Adam grand to hand over a full
term to his younger brother. The constitution allows for the
Prime Minister to fill his vacant spot without any vote from
parliament or the people if there is less then half a term still
left to complete. Because of Parliaments decision to combined
the remaining months of Adam Grands term with the new Prime
ministers term, Adam Grands Administration saw a loophole to
keep power even when not in the nation. Adam Grand, the former
Prime Minister was not shy to defend his reason this evening
when he made comments outside his home in the capital of the
NCSA.

" I know many in my home nation are confused and were
not expecting to have a leader put into power of the government
instead of being elected, but this is not the case. The recent
merger of terms by parliament vote gave my administration an
opportunity to put my younger brother in power to complete the
goals I was elected to accomplish. So in my choice of doing so,
and being heavily favored by the people and elected by the
people, in many ways the people elected Jason Grand. Many in my
former administration who will be staying in their roles with my
brother agreed with me that with the recent land expansion of
Pennsylvania and then western PA, we have faced a new task of
almost doubling our population over night. Putting the faith and
tradition of Bamivo into the hands of in many ways complete
strangers seemed like a huge mistake. This next four years and
three months will give Bamivo a chance to teach our new citizens
our way of life as well as allow the new ones to help form the
new future bamivo. After my brothers first term this should
allow for everyone, new and old, royal or anti-royal enough time
to make an informed decision when voting in the next Prime
Minister election. Lastly, the recent handing over and full
control given by the nation of Bamivo to the Queen in the
Monarch was not done by mistake or to give the queen an amazing
gift. We have grown as a nation immensely and many if not half
of our population have never lived under a royal monarch. The
nation of Bamivo is a free nation and those people who do not
follow the royal religion or traditions of Bamivo must not fear
having to do so. This is why the Queen now rules the city of
Pittsburgh. Any government policies or decisions made outside of
her new city, she can for once realize that her opinion means
very little."
Jason Grand later that night made his way from Philadelphia to
the former capital of Rochester. He had 22,000 citizens waiting
for him in the professional hockey stadium. High profile
athletes, celeberties and about 120 citizens considered linked
to the royal family and part of the royal party had made their
way from Pittsburgh to Rochester to hear the new Prime Ministers
speech.

" Ladies and gentlemen of Bamivo, royals around the nation and
to all looking on around the region, today is an amazing day for
the nation of Bamivo. Today is a day we finally stand as a new
nation, a whole nation and a great nation. Over the last few
years we have had a man in office who has not only more than
doubled or nations GDP, population and land size. We have had a
leader who has built a modern dominate military capable of
defending each and everyone of us to the fullest any military
could. We have had a leader who has pushed back royal privilege
so that each and every Bamivian has a fair and just opportunity
to become as great as any queen or king ever could! A leader who
has condensed the royals into one city, where they will no
longer have influence on our politicians, our education and most
importantly, our economy! Today is so great because with that
great leaders decision, my brother, we will not risk losing this
amazing progress."
The crowed clapped with a roar, cheering as many royals in a
private section refused to stand or clap for the new Prime
Ministers strong words.
" I promise with the responsibility given to me by my brother
and in many ways all you, that I will keep pressing on for all
of these objectives and will even be stronger and stricter in my
efforts to keep progress the number one priority, not privilege.
I call on the original citizens of this great nation to realize
that you do not need a Queen to rule you, whether that be by
religion or by government. If you honestly feel that monarchy is
the right choice for you and want to live that traditional
lifestyle, you are more than welcome to head on down to
Pittsburgh or join your local royal chapter of the royal
political party. It is within the right of all of us that if a
majority feels the monarch should rule any town, city or
territory within in Bamivo that is not the royal city of of
Pitt, you have the right to vote for them. If elected through a
democratic process, then they shall rule. But we see over the
last two elections that the royal party has shrunk it's lowest
numbers in history. At the moment, outside of Pitt, there are
only 23% of the population who are officially registered to the
party and out of those 23% a whopping 11% is linked to the
monarch. Why would they not want to have the minority in charge,
they want everything for themselves and want you all to feel
happy to hand it to them. But to the original citizens, if you
want to live your own dreams and your own lives, take the new
path of democracy and religious freedom only ruled by God, not a
Queen. To the new citizens of our nation, welcome. You are in a
free nation where your voice will be heard. I look forward to
meeting as many of you as possible over the next four years and
three months and plan on you all to do your part in helping
share your traditions with our traditions to form the super
nation we all know we are becoming. "
" Today is a great day! Today we will change the direction of
our nation forever. Democracy is the path to greatness, not old
ties. Yes, we have not had to deal with monarch rule to any real
extent for over two decades now but we all still seem to follow
any rule or way the royals tell us to. This stops tonight. Like
I said before, we have done something great, not just for us,
but for the royals. Once again, you have a city, an empire, a
home to rule as you all wish. But if you want democracy, if you
want to live your own dream, than say no more to the crown and
yes to the people. Do not get me wrong, I still see the Queen as
a Queen. Queen Toni III is a Queen to me, but not my Queen. I
look forward to visiting the Queen in her special providence and
talk about how both Bamivo and the Royal city can work together
to the best of our abilities and continue having her help those
linked to the religion she heads. I also will be putting in
request to parliament to create an amendment to our constitution
that will no longer allow the name of Prime Minister to be used
as the leader of the Government. The Prime minister will be and
should be the Head of the State. Controller literally and
ceremonially. If this Bill passes, I will become the first
President of the nation of Bamivo and the Queen will only have
rule in her own city. The only way this will be possible is
after new elections to fairly represent all new lands added to
our great nation. There is a lot going on and a lot to do, but I
promise I will lead this nation just as great if not better than
my amazing brother. Long Live.............The nation of Bamivo!"
The crowed cheered standing on their feet for over 10
minuets while music played through the loud speakers. It was
obvious with the quick exit of the entire royal section that
they were not only upset, they were feared for their lives. With
the almost impossible reality that a leader was hand picked by a
formal leader and screaming for democracy was something
reporters and citizens never expected but with the tactics of
blaming the royals, people just seemed to forget Jason Grand was
not really even elected. Also, new citizens in regions in
eastern, central and western PA were looking for an opportunity
like this. Jason Grand's brother may have saw the new citizens
of the nation as a risk but it is quite obvious that Jason Grand
see's them all as a advantage to gain more seats in parliament,
leading to more power for hims and taking even more away from
the royal family and classes. It is quite obvious the royals and
more importantly, the Queen have a lot of public relations to do
over the next three months and four years even to make sure come
next election, they are still in power in Pittsburgh and even
relevant in the nation at all. More news to come!

The Queen Has been announced to be having an emergency meeting
with King Aragorn. The Royal Families Administration has not
given any official word that the meeting is happening and what
the reason for the meeting is but it is obvious that the newly
appointed Prime Minister efforts of trying to turn as many on
the monarch as possible is starting to have some progress. The
Queens approval in the Royal city have not taken too much of a
hit but has broken the 90% boarder for the first time in the
Queens time as head of the monarch. 89% of the citizens of
Pittsburgh are still standing strong with the queen compared to
only a 56% approval rating from the rest of the nation. The
Queens approval has been dropping since the last two expansions,
largely predicted because of the large amounts of new citizens
being added to the population, only 59% of the nation is now
original Bamivians or pre-expansion citizens. But for the first
few months the new citizens had not seem to raise an issue with
the ceremonial queen bringing the Queens approval down only 13%
or a goal approval of 73%. Since the announcement from the new
Prime Minister accepting his brothers former position and making
numerous attacks at the monarchy. Now the drop has stretched
another 17% and and many predict it to break 50% within the next
three months. We could well possibly be seeing the final decent
of the 354 year monarchy. More News to come!!!

King Aragorn saw the preview of Bami Magazine, and took it as
his approval to go ahead and meet with the queen.
He had been in his office, looking through briefs from central
command about the Spartan/DEN war and the rogue DEN naval fleet.
He had been stressed all morning, but now his mind wandered
towards the soon-to-come meeting with the Bamivian queen. He
trekked downstairs and called his personal secretary to come to
him.
Jean Whitman was a pretty young woman, and came at his command.
She was wearing a red, sparkly dress, perhaps one too
provocative for a secretary.
"Yes my Lord, what is it?"
"Good afternoon, Jean. I would like you to call my private jet
crew and tell them to be ready for takeoff in 20 minutes. Set a
heading for Pittsburgh. I am going to meet with Queen Toni III
of Bamivo. Also, get 20 members of the royal guard ready, and I
want an escort of 5 G-35 fighters. We can't be too careful in
these stressful times."
"Of course, m'lord. All shall be done as you have commanded."
The air sortie was readied, including the 5 G-35 fighters from
Madison AFB. The king left the palace and went to the royal
airfield, accompanied by his 20 guards, each armed with an F-32
and a P-1. Once the plane had taken off, the fighters got in
formation around the plane, and departed as soon as they got
into Bamivian airspace. It was a while longer before the flight
made it to Pittsburgh International Airport, and the pilot
radioed into air traffic control.
"Control, this is Gondor one. We are carrying King Aragorn as
well as 20 armed guards for his protection. This is a high
priority flight, as King Aragorn has been scheduled for an
emergency meeting with Queen Toni III. May we land, over?"

The plane received the clearance to land, and banked towards the
direction of the runway. The copilot pushed the correct
controls, and the landing gear came out. The plane steadily
descended in altitude until the plane touched down on the
runway, coming to a smooth stop. The king and his guard then
exited the plane, with the guards forming a protective formation
around the king. His baggage was checked and approved at the
terminal, and he made his way out of the airport, contacting
Bamivian officials of his arrival.

The Queen had sent multiple black GMC SUV's with tinted windows
to pick up the king and his guest. Following those SUV's were
over 10 royal city police cars and every street from the airport
to the capital building of Pittsburgh were closed with royal
police on horseback. The extra security had been all around the
city since the official takeover. The royal family was not
expecting the high level of mafia and organized crime that was
deep within the city. Every Pizza shop, dry cleaner and drug
store on the south side was a front for some sort of gang or
black market business. Over the last few weeks the queen has
turned the south side into a full fledge hidden war of raiding
shops and arresting thugs. The real fear is that the gang war
going on in the slums of south side are between anti-royals who
have snuck into the city and monarchist who have escaped and
were granted exile by the royal family and former prime
minister. The fact that the new Prime Minister has taken that
right away, it has caused a flood of refugees into the royal
city and the answer for the moment is to completely block of the
south from the north.
The Queen waited on her throne in the great hall of the
pittsburgh capital building....

King Aragorn and his security detail got in the black GMC SUVs,
and they looked at Pittsburgh through the tainted windows. They
knew that crime had been a problem in this city, even before the
Bamivian takeover. Aragorn noticed armed guards on almost every
street, looking out for something. What that something was, he
didn't know. Pittsburgh was a great city, but crime sure was
rampant. The looks of things confirmed Aragorn's concerns even
further. It wasn't long before they pulled up in front of the
palace, the security detail opening up the door for the king and
keeping an eye out for any miscreants. They were directed into
the palace, which was quite grand. This palace rivaled even his;
its granduer was greater than the previous parts of Pittsburgh
he had yet seen. They were directed into the throne room, where
he saw Queen Toni waiting for him. He first bowed, then greeted
the foreign monarch.
"Greetings, Queen Toni of Bamivo, third of your name. I thank
you for allowing me this audience, you will not regret it. It
has come to my attention that your approval rate with the people
is declining due to the efforts of anti royalist factions,
chiefly because of Jason and Adam Grand. I have noticed this
trouble and wish to help you in any way that I can. Gondor is
quite a powerful state, and if we put our weight behind you,
surely you will gain some momentum in the political field. I am
here to help in any way that I can, good Queen."

The Queen nodded her head and made her way off her throne and
down the four steps until she was face to face with the king,
" The pleasure is all mine"
The queen bowed and then put out her hand for an official
handshake between the two rulers. The Queen with her left hand
showed a gesture that was obviously showing the king to follow
her this way. As they walked through the halls and up a large
staircase the queen made numerous comments on this used to be
the capital of a small nation known as Pittsburgina, the city
changed names to Pittsburgh once it was officially annexed by
the nation of Bamivo and still kept that name in the transfer
over to absolute monarch rule. Every ten feet was a painting or
statue that she had put into the building. The walls were being
convert with gold leaf all throughout the building and all
floors were being redone in marble. Luckily over 30% of the
house was already in marble.

" It will cost over 1.3 billion runi's before all said and done.
It seems like a lot for a palace but I want this to be the home
of the royal family of Bamivo for the next thousand years. It is
amazing to think that just weeks ago this home was filled from
wall to wall with representatives and lawmakers, judges and
reporters. at least 4,500 people a day The reporters are the
only ones who still walk these halls and only a few times a
week. Now this is my family which is only 12 people plus the 400
or so security guards and staff. Ahhhh here we are."
The queen used her arm once again to show the king into the main
conference room. The table was long and could sit 50 easily. The
Queen had a special larger chair placed at one end and another
special chair was placed on the other end for the king. Both had
an ear bud in front of them so that the Queen could speak freely
and easily in her native language of Bamivinio.
" I must say once again how much of an honor it is to have you
here. The great city of Pittsburgh, the royal family and myself
feel that it is imperative that our families work together."

The King shook the Queen's hand, and followed her to the left.
He was amazed by all the paintings and statues that were in the
castle, and listened to the Queen's comments about Pittsburgina,
and how she had come to rule the city.
As she talked about the cost of the palace renovation proe, he
commented on it all, still taking it in.
"That is quite a price tag, your Grace. I am sure that this
place was bustling when you first moved in, and they weren't
wrong to do so. This palace is beautiful, and I am well
impressed with it. I am at least glad that we won't be bombarded
by the media now."
Once they had entered the large conference room, he walked to
his designated seat, listening to the queen greet him. "Thank
you, your Majesty. The honor is all mine. I am here to work with
you, and I sincerely hope that ties between our two families can
be officially established."

The room was quite and somewhat darkened. Flags of numerous
nations surrounding the conference table showing off the history
of friendly relations of the Monarch of Bamivo and other nations
of created dating back generations. The Queen with a somewhat
still look on her face tuned on her microphone to allow the
translator to feed her translated speech into something more
suitable for the King. There was a delay from the low Bamivian
words traveling down the long table.

" It saddens me to say this, but the monarch is falling
quite fast here in Bamivo. The royal family has absolute
approval from the royal city, but the nation of Bamivo has taken
on so many new citizens from so many backgrounds. They have not
grown up with the tradition of of a monarch and understand the
true religious meaning of following a King or Queen. It is just
a matter of time before the issues start pouring over and into
the city. We are already failing at stopping the beginning
stage. The small northern section of the city looks like a
amusement park. Everything is clean and spoiled with decadence
while the south side is having multiple small arm battles
throughout ally's and underground areas. Drugs flood the street
and extreme monarchist are taking their loyalty to far and the
amount of capital spies found ever week sent from the federal
government keep growing in numbers. Adam Grand had the dream of
taking the crown away and stepping on it. The difference is, he
always saw his actions as the small foundational steps in a
three or four generation movement. His brother, the current
Prime Minister is set on it happening in the next three or four
years. They were able to back us into a city and that was a
mistake on my part. Many saw it as the crown selling out. But
they have made a mistake of their own. The crown, already worth
in the tens of billions is generating more tax revenue then
ever. Also, we have been able to rule and gain the loyalty of a
condensed city of over 400,000. Either way you look at it, I
have a choice in front of me. Find some way to regain the
loyalty of the old and half of the nation who are newer citizens
or rule and craft Pittsburgh into the most modern monarch of a
sizable small population and succeed from the nation officially.
Either way, sooner or later, Grand will try to take over this
city and crack the crown for good."
