The DEN mining company has established a well from which to
remove the Uranium, as well as begun scouting out surrounding
areas for the Uranium. A cut of the uranium taken out will be
given to CSM and the people there, as well as giving the
advantage of minimum wage. Because all DEN companies are
required, by law, to have a minimum wage of 25 Acquireds an
hour, the average worker can actually make a living. As such,
the company is supposed to pay that minimum no matter where they
are, but they can still scale. As such, they scaled it to 25 of
the CSM currency an hour, just to be fair.
Amazingly, the company struck a massive uranium deposit, and
have already reaped massive profits from selling, although most
of it actually goes to the government of DEN secretly.
Scientists from DEN have already recorded the data from the
reactor, and have begun noting the design of the reactor, so
they could improve upon it. Uranium from the mine that DEN
established in CSM is being carted to the area that the new
reactor will be built, and they have already offered their ideas
on the design, as well as offered to help place military
security around the reactor.

Because this is a civilian project, and there aren't any
military secrets involved, we don't believe military security is
needed.

MPs. It's because... normal SWAT wouldn't be good. It could be a
terrorist threat.))

Nuclear Plant Security Measures
The nuclear energy industry maintains very strict security to
prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to critical
equipment or approaching close enough to harm the facility with
land- or air-borne explosives. Security measures include:
physical barriers, electronic detection and assessment systems,
and illuminated detection zones
electronic surveillance and physical patrols of the plant
perimeter and interior structures
bullet-resisting protected positions throughout the plant
robust barriers to critical areas
background checks and access control for employees
highly trained, well-armed security officers.

In the United States, the NRC carries out "Force on Force" (FOF)
exercises at all Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) sites at least once
every three years. The FOF exercise, which is typically
conducted over 3 weeks, "includes both tabletop drills and
exercises that simulate combat between a mock adversary force
and the licensee’s security force. At an NPP, the adversary
force attempts to reach and simulate damage to key safety
systems and components, defined as "target sets" that protect
the reactor’s core or the spent fuel pool, which could
potentially cause a radioactive release to the environment. The
licensee’s security force, in turn, interposes itself to prevent
the adversaries from reaching target sets and thus causing such
a release".[1]

The Confederate State of Missouri is pleased to announce the
completion of its first nuclear power plant, the Cole Nuclear
Generating Station. The plant is estimated to produce 1,279
electrical megawatts (MWe) of net power.

Following up on lessons learned from it's first reactor the
Confederate state of Missouri has announced plans to build
another, more powerful reactor in it's new territory in Pope
county near the town of Russleville. The new reactor will use
enriched uranium as its fuel. A Uranium enrichment facility will
be built in the town of Hematite in Jefferson county.
In additional news the government has announced intentions to
build a satellite launch facility in Crittenden County and has
contracted with McDonnell Douglas to construct the launch
vehicle to be used. A total of three launch pads are planned.
The state has also contracted with McDonnell Douglas for the
design and construction of a new mobile, long range, missile
system.

The Confederate Missouri Transportation Administration has
announced the completion of the Crittenden County Satellite
Launch Center. To celebrate its inauguration the center made its
first successful launch. A classified military satellite.
Missouri communications companies are already clamoring to have
payloads of their design as future launches. Among these will be
communication satellites, of course, and GPS satellites.
non-military payloads from other states will also be accepted.

The Missouri Nuclear Energy Commission has announced the
completion of the Uranium enrichment plant in Hematite. The
plant is expected to reach a full production of 7.5 million SWU
in 2016.

The Nuclear Energy Commission also announced that the
Russleville Nuclear Energy Station had come online and started
producing energy. The plant is expected to have a total output
of 1824 MW.

McDonnell Douglas unveiled it's new Voyager Missile System today
at the St. Louis Air Show. The system is road and cross country
portable and able to launch within a moments notice.
