OOC: I don't see how large ships could be passed through the
river, unless it's bigger than it seems. And it doesn't look
like a major internal shipping lane. I don't see the benefits
for you.

OOC: Yes, the port, I thought you wanted river access, which I
don't think even runs through you. Anyway, before I respond IC,
how will you trade without boats or move the good there?

I would have a small part of the port for the ships that I will
probably buy from WP and station there and I would transport to
the port through land access through your state and I will even
allow you to make me pay a monthly rent for the port access.
