Request for Coastline

In a recent press-conference from the President it was said that
"If we do not get a coastline soon then we will surely fail to
be a regional power!"
After the press-conference the Head of Affairs sent a telegram
to The Eastern Byzantine Empire for a request of the northern
part of coastline for 2.5 billion FAC and land in the south
(Klamath county).

"To the Head of Affairs of Ravkan Buffs, Emperor Anastasios XII
of House Drakos, Ruler over the Seven Kingdoms, Head of a Great
Families of the East, Protector of the Realm, and Soveriegn of
the Eastern Byzantine Empire does hereby, unfortunately, regect
your proposal. We will not sell any piece of our land to any
foreign power, but will be open for negotiations. Let it be
known, however, that Any encroachment upon our land, whether it
be military or civilian settlers who have not undergone the
legal process of entering and living inside our lands shall be
dealt with accordingly and expelled. If Ravkan Buffs shall act
in Any way as to claim or occupy our territory, it shall be seen
as a hostile act of aggression (an Invasion) towards the Eastern
Byzantine Empire and shall therefore constitute a state of war
between our two nations. Ravkan Buffs has been officially warned
by the Eastern Byzantine Empire."
On the orders of His Grace, in order to maintain and protect
public safety and safeguard the realm, has instituted strict
border patrols along the border. The Ministry of Public Order
and Citizen Protection has been delegated this task, being given
21,000 men and additional equipment to perform its duties.

There's a MASSIVE naval, Army, and Air Force base labeled Fort
Paradise that is operating in your land, and has been operating
in that area since the dawn of this forum...
By massive, I mean it's basically keeping watch over the entire
contiguous NCSA, and fits... roughly 10,000 soldiers, and the
entire 3rd fleet... And it's in a massive RP right now.
