Coal Rush in Appalachia!

Thanks to new advances in mining technology, Appalachia has
unearthed a vast reserve of coal previously inaccessible through
conventional means. Appalachia would like to invite all nations
in the Confederacy to the table to trade.
The cabinet of President Waylon Sharpe has assembled a list of
things Appalachia would be particularly interested in trading
for, although other items can be accepted:

[li]VTOL Aircraft[/li]
[li]Advanced Solar Technology[/li]
[li]Indoor farming tech[/li]
[li]Scientists specializing in biotechnology[/li]
[/list]
Here is a list of items we offer in exchange:

[li]Large and steady supply of coal[/li]
[li]Premium grass fed and farm raised Angus beef[/li]
[li]Fine Appalachian whiskey (rarely exported out of
country)[/li]
[li]Advanced mining technology[/li]
[li]Arms and Armaments (standard Appalachian military gear or
custom order)[/li]

Our State would benefit greatly from some mining tech and coal.
I return we can give you some plans for indoor farming
facilities and advanced solar tech for those facilities.

coal, beef, and whiskey.

We'd be happy to accept both of those deals! I will arrange
transportation of the coal through rail and the other goods
through flight. You can expect both shortly.

Our state sadly does not have many airports so you may find it
hard to find a landing place but I will show you where you can
land. The airport is in the southwest of our state.
