"It is unconstitutional to ban the state from making weapons of
any kind! Weapons of Mass Destruction are WEAPONS! The State has
a right to arm itself! And you wish to tell us no, we don't?
Shall we make a law that removes ALL militias, then?"

"Madam I only ask that you support this now so that we can find
a more permanent solution in the future. This will give us the
legal precedent to do such things, but only later."

"Unless your going to hand every citizen in your state a nuke to
hold than your point is mute. Right to bear arms is not
stretched that far."
"We call for a recess as obviously this bill needs to be
discussed more."
Ooc. I have to go into work.

"No, you do not understand the Constitution. It says you cannot
infringe upon sovereignty. Well, to be a sovereign state, you
must be able to tax your citizens, defend yourself, and conduct
trade with an organized government. We cannot remove any one of
those things, and we are given the right to defend our states.
You should go look in the constitution again, representative.
You're missing the part where it says that the Constitution, nor
any part of Congress, should be used against the states."

Your just reading what you want to see that is clearly not
their. Our founding fathers did not have nukes in mind when they
created the Constitution. Yes right to bear arms. WMD are
unconstitutional. Lives matter.

"That entire statement is just a bunch of hypocrisy and
contradicting statements jointed together. Lives matter. So why
are we allowed weapons? We are allowed weapons, but not certain
weapons that you don't like. We can make our weapons, but not
NEW ones, because it OBVIOUSLY wasn't around then. Shall we ban
the 5.56? The 7.62? Lets go to muskets, because those WERE the
weapons back then."

The Endurancan Representative tentatively clears his throat.
"Excuse me, but we seem to have gone off an entirely different
track in regards to the passing of this legislature. The bill
only exists to prohibit the trading of nuclear warheads and
designs of them, not ban them outright. Perhaps another debate
can be scheduled for the rights of nations in this government.
"But, with that, our nation is in favor of the bill at hand."

"It is the people's right to keep and bear arms and makes no
reference to State's and their governments. However, the term
that should be clarified is a 'well-regulated militia' which may
mean something much different in modern times than what the
original framers intended. And may I bring up even further that
anyone who has read carefully the Preamble of the Constitution
states that, "in order to form a common defense," and "do
severally enter a firm league of friendship... Binding ourselves
to assist each other, against all forces offered to, or attacks
made on any one of the states or the several States together."
"Ladies and Gentleman of the House, it was not the original
intention of framers that this Confederacy to cause internal
strife but to form a Union for the benefit of all. As such, I
believe the weaponization and militarization of States against
our brothers in arms (States) is an unjustifiable action in
conflict with guiding principles of this Constitution. Therefore
I must apologize on behalf of the ERB to Ravkan Bluffs for His
Grace's aggressive stance. Ladies and Gentlemen, this bill only
further justifies my point that States are not working together
but against each other. Thank you."
