Such actions would be ruled unconstitutional and severe
opposition to those measures has already been debated.

A rebel group gaining access to such weapons would be impossible
       with this bill.

"Besides the hostile takeover of a military compound capable of
launching a nuclear weapon and with the technical expertise of
programming and launching a nuclear ICBM or even a basic
warhead. How would rebel or insurrectionist groups have a
nuclear weapon or WMD in the first place? These concerns would
be addressed by either the security proposal of the USS DEN or
the proposal by the Confederate State of Missouri security
       bill."

"Rebels would have fine access. There are certain nuke owning
state. Only to happy to sell them.
The member for Turkdurken should also realise his bill which was
challenged. Lost the challenge and he should realise he is free
       to proceed.
Its disappointing that the safety for the whole of the NCSA is
controlled by those who already control the nukes. Or do a good
job in twisting the Constitution. Removal of nukes is not
unconstitutional. But this bill is little more than sugar
       coating.
As for twisting the representative from Gondor needs to realise
the comment previously made was towards the representative from
the USSDEN and should refrain from twisting it to imply all
       north states were included.

in another which they will be defending against Spartan
aggression. We are actually rather peaceful: Military power

"As the Reich has taken an unyielding stance against nuclear
weapons before, so shall it do now;" announces Hanna zur Linde,
standing with her customary Roman salute. "Beyond humanitarian
concerns, or the contamination of the environment, a point that
has not widely been made is that nuclear weapons render
conventional warfare excessively dangerous, and thus may
prohibit the noble contest of arms that has, in all cases,
advanced civilization throughout history. The lack of
proportional warfare in the modern world is causing the
degradation of our societies and, even if not noticeable, a lack
of technological development, barring the most frivolous and
tedious sort, which does nothing at all to promote societal
achievement or culture, and this is directly attributable to
nuclear arms. The Reich has and will continue to support any
       measure limiting or prohibiting them."

Speaker Langdon stands once again and begins hammering the gavel
rather loudly, "Ladies and gentlemen of the Congress. This body
is intended as a forum for peaceful debate and resolution of
issues between our several states. I would ask, nay I demand,
       that all name calling stop."
