wondering whether the two States can come to an agreement or
compromise on the matter. Both offers are tempting, and both of
your states are valued allies.

His Excellency is pleased by these developments and would like
excavation to begin at the convenience of both States, however
an addendum to DEN. Uranium, while necessary for the
construction of weapons, is also necessary for powering nuclear
facilities and we would like to communicate such developments at
a later date.

DEN will be happy to communicate such a deal. Already, drilling
platforms will be sent via G-47 cargo aircraft to the area,
along with some crews for training.
