       It's a little pointless now I know, but 'aye' to table, not
       because it's a totally bad idea but because, as has been said,
       it isn't necessary quite yet (though the coasts are filling up,
       which is a little bit of a problem), and because it would make
       some trouble for Missouri.
       ((If I can ask a related question, is the Hudson River navigable
       by oceangoing ships from the Great Lakes? That would help our
       coast issue; it could maybe hurt RP a little that some States
       can't transport things by sea or have a navy, if they want to do
       that.))
