Yes, the bill has been moved and seconded. But every motion has
to be dealt with in order. So, your bill is actually now valid.
If it hadn't been seconded the motion to table wouldn't be
relevant.

I second to table.
This is unnecessary. The NCSA military does not wish to strike
an invasion, and is not ready for this. Furthermore, there is
enough land here.

"The Representative of DEN makes a valid point that I myself did
not think of. However do we have any idea what lies beyond our
own border? As for the issue of being and remaining one solid
country, I would like to remind this Congress that DEN is a
member of this Confederacy and still has adequate participation
in our government, along with us in this modern age of
technology having the means to remain one united nation."

OOC: What's the issue against expanding?

In my oppinion there's no need for it right now. I'd personally
rather have a smaller map that is quite full, than a huge map
with lots of no-man-lands and with states separated by thousands
of kilometers.

OOC: I recognize that it does, I would want to assist in such
things. I really think that such an expansion would be better
done now, rather than later.

"Has anyone ever thought of the long term negative repercussion
of being in a State of war with our neighbors to the North and
to the South, putting us at war with 22 independent and
Soveriegn nations, and the possible consequences of the conquest
and annexation of those lands. Vast lands of people, all with
different historical, political, and cultural backgrounds United
under a foreign banner unknown to them."
