Acknowledging The beginning of Article VI Section 6 of the
Constitution,
[quote]Section 6: The NeoConfederate States may acquire new
territory;[/quote]
Recognizing A need for expansion,
Understanding That many States have already chosen land on the
map.
Congress Hereby Mandates a need for the addition of the rest of
the North American Continent to our map.
Expansion for New States:
As the map grows ever smaller as many new States arise from its
content, we find ourselves scrounging for the best bit of lands
to expand to. As it stands many States have claimed available
coastlines or ocean accessible areas, and while even with this
expansion we may very well find ourselves in this same
predicament, the expansion of the map to include the Caribbean
Islands, the former country of Canada, Mexico, and the former
island country of Greenland would increase the availability of
space to offer for expansion and new member States.

States that are inactive on the forum for longer than 28 days
are automatically removed. I recently did this and there were
several that had previously been rather active that I sent PMs
to before actually removing them.

I would be willing to second a bill like this if it were only
for one of those nations added. Adding all those new nations
would be such a land saturation that it would cause problems.
People will wAnt new expansion / land chang moves. Also it
unless the land was needed we would become more like Union and
less like a single nation.

I second this bill also but as the rep of Bamivo stated it would
only work with one of these nations. I suggest either Mexico or
Southern Canada (nothing more north than Quebec,Newfoundland and
BC).
So I wont fully support until these changes are made.

Representative Baroness Honey Baroda calls for this bill to be
tabled.
On observation of the map. We are not in need of new land.
There is no purpose to annex Canada or Mexico.

I would scale this expansion down to remove the Caribbean and
Greenland, but because of the land consumed and only so much
desirable land is left I would suggest plans to slowly absorb
more of Canada and Mexico as needed.
