I am not saying this would force anyone into anything, but for
some it may be the way they want to go, this was more to protect
the right to do this as it is not illegal in anyway at the
moment. Just trying to help out some newbies who can't devote as
much time as some of us or who would rather use the information
of already established military force.

I agree that is a good idea, This bill would provide an extra
layer of protection and notify new users so even if it is pushed
to the side, it will bring attention.

How so, if it is then it should be declined easily, but I don't
see how listing what ever you want to have and just using a pre
existing format is at all different in creativity. If I took
over a specific nations military, and used their capabilities
from an equipment and gear perspective, it would pour into my
stories and shift a strong amount of the image of Bamivo.

You're controlling how the nation's use what they have. Everyone
knows if someone messes up, I'm right there. Make a committee to
monitor Godmods. Don't tell a man he can't use this because, and
this is what I'm getting, "Lazier people would be worse off."
Well I don't know about you, but if someone has worse tech than
me, then AWESOME for me. If they have an unorganized military,
awesome. If they want me to help? AWESOME MAN!! I'll do it!

Don't mess with my military. I'm spending days after days on it.

I have no intentions to at all. This bill was proposed to not
change yours or anyones nations, all it did was allow a nation
to use the military equipment, BESIDES WMD's. You would have no
change to your nation and obviously someone who is just picking
a non top 10 nations military would have probably a weaker
military if they had spent the time to create it. Thats the
thing here, it would change nothing, provide easier nation up
keep for the lazies I suppose and those willing to spend the
time are still getting rewarded as they would have without this
protection.
