Everything But The Nuclear Sink Bill
By: Bamivo Date: July 8, 2015, 8:18 pm

Recognizing That we have new neighbors popping up on the map and
more importantly, joining our region every day. We can't invite
our friends in and allow them to be sitting ducks immediately.
Acknowledging Many long time members have had put numerous
hours, day and weeks into building some military forces that
would almost be mistaken for a joint world military from 2020. A
new member would not only have to take off of school or work for
a week to compete, let alone even have a chance to defend their
       nations people.
Considering That we want to encourage our new members to be
become instantly and heavily active and not turn them off
because they feel so far behind the ball.
Congress Hereby Mandates That all nations in the region may use
a real world nations military forces (for equipment only, not
amount of troops) instead of creating their own ranking system
and describing every aspect of their arms, all the way down to a
handgun.( BESIDES NUCLEAR Systems & NUKES). It also does not
allow any nation in a current top 10 ranking to be selected by
use by a member. So no America and China style forces would be
       selected.
Noting that a nation selects a real world military nations
forces to use, they will not be able to be selected again unless
that member nation gives up rights. We need to realize that if
we want interested and excited role players, we can't have them
either sucking up to the biggest of nations or spending 40 hours
of their time on here just so they can make a role play and fear
       ****ing anyone off. GOD BLESS!

Heck no! We've always used our NS populations! That's always
been the way it has been! This bill punishes those who have been
on NS longer to pander to those who haven't worked as hard and
       as long as we have!

This bill is strictly equipment, not the amount of troops you
have in your military. Population still would control military
men and women amounts the same exact way.

No, that's not right at all. That isn't even realistic. We
aren't the real live states, that's why we have NS. This game is
Meant for us to be creative and us to create our own things.
That's the beauty of it. This bill takes away from the long,
painstaking hours of hard work that players put in in order to
be who they want to be. This takes away individualism and and
creativity, violating the very reason NS was made. Max Barry,
the very Creator of this game, said that it is our choice to do
what we wish with our nations. This only helps the newbies, and
from my perspective, if you want to be a great nation and have a
sophisticated military, then you HAVE to be detailed. I will
veto this bill. I guarantee it.

I beg to differ, it is nothing that allows the newbies a base.
Their is not intellectual theft law either here, if you can't
use at least some of the same weaponry as other members, no one
can have the same gun. This means nothing stops someone for
copying the same exact stuff you have, putting it on their fact
book and then being an even bigger threat to you. In many ways
this helps newbies, but even vets more.

I am not talking the US military here, maybe the first nation
that could be used first or the best one possibly to select
would be like the 10 most advanced nation. This does not give a
new player a billion troops because their troop size is based
off population, it does however in fact give a period of time a
new nation can outfit his or her nation to defend themselves
while not being only to use sticks if attacked.

Every nation has the ability to use whatever they want. They
       just have to be creative!

I understand that, but they should not have to list everything
they have, role play should be for low activity players, medium
and high using members. Picking a nation like Egypt and claiming
my nation could use all the same technology that their forces
use would not put me even close to taking down a bigger much
more detailed military. It would however make the role play last
more than five post or with one big bang. I think we need to not
worry about losing power, especially when it is this small. You
and many others are very active, detailed and creative, and you
should have an advantage because of that, but not a special
aircraft fighter to a baseball bat. That not fun for anyone.
Also with nations being taken only once, it will get to a point
where it will make user WANT to create their own because they
won't want to use a nation like Yemen as their base.

       I second to table.
Not only would this ABSOLUTELY ruin everyone's work, but it
would require everyone to be forced to things. Look at Missouri.
He des what you say. But he does that on his own. It's his
choice. I put a ton of work in and I'm proud of this. And yes,
there is rules against stealing intellectual property: it's
       called copyright.
