       Andrew Vanderbilt has signed the paperwork and it has been sent
       to Woodland, GC. Woodland scientists have been given the order
       to begin the enriching process of uranium and development of
       nuclear weapons. This is the first step in GC's process to
       become a nuclear state.
       Not in Secret
       Golden Coast has begun a massive construction process throughout
       the state. Massive factories, anti-aircraft and other military
       buildings, concrete structures, power lines, solar roads, and
       bunkers.
