His Excellency is pleased to announce today that with assistance
from DEN the Confederate State of Turkducken has officially
begun reconstruction of several cities, infrastructure, schools,
hospitals, and the states only major industrial airport. The
President has also been happy to announce that formal embassies
are being established in the Capitol, as well as the
construction of Button Gwinnett Military Base. Lastly the
President would like to inform the Confederate State of Arlais &
Sint-Michell that development may now begin on Cosmopolitan
Railroad, the land is located 2 miles East of the capitol of
Patience. Any other States interested in such deals may continue
dialogue here, where the offer will be received and transferred
       to His Excellency personally.

As part of the agreement, massive Goliath Transport jets began
flying in, landing to distribute the aide workers, construction
crews and equipment, and the sheer amount of raw materials. Low
flying cargo planes began flying over damaged towns, dropping
pallets of food, drink, clothes, and tents. In a famous picture,
a Namenian Captian was photographed with four kids, giving them
       chocolate rations.

His Excellency formally reopened the University of Turkducken
today in the Capitol, it is here that he hopes research
furthering the future of the Turkducken people will continue.

President Waylon Sharpe of Highland Appalachia sends an offer
for grazing rights in the northwestern areas of Turkducken for
the state sponsored cattle company, ACC (Appalachian Cattle
Company). The ACC will take unoccupied land approved by his
excellency of Turkducken, and raise large herds of Angus cattle.
President Sharpe proposes the resulting meat be split 70-30, in
Turkducken's favor to be used as components of healthy and
hearty meals for the suffering populace of Turkducken. President
Sharpe wishes to reaffirm his desire to be a steadfast ally to
Turkducken, and hopes Turkducken will flourish once again.

His Excellency notes this generous offer and would like to give
back a surplus of food to the people of Highland Appalachia.
This includes wheat, barley, apples, tomatoes, some unprocessed
silk, and several kegs of Turkducken Beer. He hopes that this
       alliance is prosperous indeed.

Reconstruction reports from the Minister of the Interior are
happy to announce that total reconstruction of the Turkducken
capitol has reached an approximate 25% completion, while total
State reconstruction has reached 10%. This includes paved and
unpaved roads, hospitals, clinics, schools, airfields, harbors,
some military installations that His Excellency has deemed
necessary, and the reconstruction of houses. His Excellency
would like to thank the leaders and people of DEN and the
Highland Appalachia for their help as it has made this process
       ever swifter.

Reconstruction has made further progression as the President
formally reopened closed businesses and factory buildings
previously closed by war. His Excellency expressed dubious
opinions of the reopening factories that produced wartime goods
and would welcome council about this subject from other leaders.
However the Textile Industry along with the Canning of Food is
proving to be very popular as far as industrial jobs in the
       Capitol.

Reconstruction of the capitol has reached approximately 50%
completion with the rest of the state being around 20%
restoration. His Excellency has also made a split second
decision to reopen half of the war time factories and restore
the other half of the factories to their pre-war status. In the
case of one very large and notorious factory that produced mines
during the 100 Year Conflict His Excellency ordered it to be
immediately demolished and a National Park to be built on top of
the ruins, the National Park will be the largest in the capitol
along with the largest in the State, with many statue
allocations for further futuristic events to occupy the park.
The first of which is a life sized bronze statue of the image of
the DEN pilot giving chocolate to a starving Turk child in a way
       of gratitude to the State.

His Excellency would like to inform the State of DEN that no
reciprocation is necessary and the statue is merely a historical
marker in our States return to glory.
In other news the Capitol has almost entirely been completed
with many workers and volunteers from DEN being dispatched to
other less developed parts of the State.
