       The Parliament and The Core of Hirilia have set upon the
       creation of a brand new base, whose purpose will serve as an
       ultimate research center for further military technological
       development. Realizing the future for the region may not lie in
       nuclear arms, the nation now turns its attention to development
       of the lower caliber arms.

       Mission: The creation and weaponization of new forms of chemical
       and viral technologies meant as last resort defense
       Currently working with Thrain Institute on ballistic delivery
       system
       Artemis Weaponry and Armory Institute
       Mission: To develop new weapon and armor systems for Hirilian
       military
       Currently working on reverse engineering on sophisticated
       weapons provided by Hirilian intelligence
       CLASSIFIED/ BIOSYNE
       Mission: The creation of new weapons and military technologies
       through the study, application and imitation of natural
       adaptations
       Work includes, Bio-Weapons but largely focuses on Genetic
       Engineering, and even more so on the Applied Adaptations
       department.
