Ooc. Points to consider.
1. Both our nations have a non aggression pact. So clearly that
would offically need to be rendered void. We also have a
squadron and AF base in your territory that could damage your
state on their part alone if we are the victim of a strike
against us. We also assist in boosting your economy which would
also affect you negatively.
2. Intelligent reports are based now off old sources. Which will
need to be updated.
3.. WP interaction in regards to any support for Columbia. The
attack on Den troops and Confederal agents and my NCSA
Representative calling an emergency meeting has been voided due
to unfairness So it never happened.

Turkdurken and West Phoenicia have a non aggression pact. That
was created long before the Columbia Confederate incident.

OOC: I was operating under the assumption you would still be
with Columbia. "Non-Agression Pacts" are a very faulty
diplomatic construct, as they require and base their existance
on the good word of both parties, and are not legally binding.
Non-Agression Pacts were very popular in Europe before the Great
War.

((OOC: I agree, but this will be a formal agreement passed into
law by the Reichstag -- because they always defer to the
Reichsfuhrers and are often a "rubber stamp" -- so long as
President Faraday signs it.
As to the rest, if Turkducken can't join the AR in war, that
would be no violation of the agreement as written and ICly the
AR would take no issue with it. That was just an offer. The AR
also has no intent to engage West Phoenician forces, but 'course
has to defend itself if attacked.))

OOC: No I am going to war, just not with WP (unless he decided
to side with the Separatists), I wouldn't have asked the Reich
to war if I wasn't set to go myself. Just ignore the bit about
targeting WP, Sparta has announced their affiliation with
Columbia.
IC: President Faraday signs the treaty. "This is a burden of
civilization, War. It is almost never necessary and scarcely
needed, especially between Allies such as the Confederacy.
However this war is found to be just and needed for us, and for
the Confederacy. I'm attempting to negotiate a teleconference or
some type of War Summit between us and Confederate Appalachia,
we are all allies now, we should discuss War Goals together. I
hope that either yourself, Albrecht, or one of your top advisors
would attend. I myself will be attending, and hopefully so too
will the leaders of Confederate Appalachia."
