"Yes, Mr. Secretary. They need to be dressed as real soldiers,
and those monarchists need to be afraid. They need to know that
if they target any more civilians, they will be met with deadly
force. I will authorize killing if necessary, but keep the
fatalities to a minimum if you can. I am for ending this, but if
we can have less deaths, then perhaps Texas will assume a sense
of normalcy much sooner than we all expected."

"Adam, I have a task for you. I would like you to work on
perhaps drafting up a bill for education, similar to the
NeoConfederate Healthcare act in the fact that it sets national
standards for monetary contributions from the Confederate
government. This isn't about forcing the states to have their
healthcare systems to be a certain way, but telling them how it
should be if they want help from us. And perhaps we create a
national board of education."
