troops to a state's war. That's the state's job. I will,
however, commit special forces to hunt down and bring out the
terrorists and the men responsible for holding them." He said,
and shook his head. "And don't read my reports. Or try to at
least."

The Vice President smiled, stood up and put his hands in his
pocket. " Wouldn't dare Mr. Secretary, wouldn't dare. These
were Bamivian Intelligence reports though. So maybe you should
give the BIA a call if you want to talk about it, if not, thats
fine too. Mr. President, all I am saying is using force is not
the way your going to put this flame out, you need look deeper.
But I'll sit back now." The Vice President crossed his arms and
slid back in his chair a little. Looking for anyone who could
get him a toasted everything bagel with lox and cream cheese.

op in and out easily. Take out the leader, and find the others."

"I do not believe that direct force is the way either, Adam. I
would like us to be on a first name basis from now on, as I
think that we will be seeing much of each other on the near
future. Anyways, I do not believe that direct force is necessary
to end this civil war. But I do think that a military prescence
is called for in the form of peacekeepers to minimize
casualties. The only direct action that I would like is to send
in the Special Forces to apprehend King Washington and capture
him, not kill him. I would see him brought to court, whether it
be in the Texan judicial system or in front of the Supreme Court
itself. I would see him brought to justice the honest way, in a
fair trial."

"And yes, Albert. I would see that all the terrorist leaders are
captured, and you have my clearance to commence such an
operation once we get clearance from Governor Simpson of Texas.
We need his cooperation for this to work, and I suspect that we
shall get it."

"I respect permission to let Vladimir and Task Force Atlas to
use lethal force on everyone else, sir. We can't go in without
that permission, and I won't. They'll be going in to kill and
capture." He said, looking at the President.

" I agree direct force will just make them more willing to
attack. We need a way to dampen the flames before we put them
out. I would recommend the smallest amount of national military
there, don't make it look like a military takeover and perhaps
have them dressed as police or less battle ready, let the people
already scared for their lives not look over their shoulder
anymore than they have to."

"Sir, with all due respect, we need battle ready troops to get
the civvies out when the real military moves in. I'm getting the
men out so they don't die later." He said, shaking his head.
"And we need to let people know that they are peacekeepers. Not
targets. Vice President, sir, leave the military to me. With all
due respect, you don't understand much about it."

" I know in the beginning stage of our Presidents term and
looking down the road to future elections we don't want it to
look like he has a short temper and kills anyone and everyone. I
understand these guys are bad, but they are taking the name from
many monarchist in different nations who we should not be trying
to piss off too. Violence will just give them more reason to
start problems and for more people to be willing to join their
cause. You may be good at war sir, but public relations is
important to."
