       United Commonwealth Forum Embassy Request

       The United Commonwealth would formally like to extend a warm
       hand of friendship to the NeoConfederate States of America
       through creation of forum embassies. I will act as Ambassador
       here from the United Commonwealth bringing back tidbits of
       regional happenings. Currently I am Ambassador to the United
       Kingdom, the Confederation, and if this community accepts me,
       here as well. (Just some background for qualifications) I will
       continue to act as Ambassador here until I am either replaced or
       am no longer welcome here. Hopefully we won't come anywhere near
       the latter.
       I personally would like to congratulate Missouri on his full
       recovery to the NCSA and hope this regions continues to prosper.
