Prince Edwin decided to attend, and took White Tree 1 to the
airport, and traveled to the palace, and entered the room in
which a heated debate was taking place. He knew that the
Spartans and Namenians were both jonesing for this deal, but he
had a trick up his sleeve to trump both of them. He waited for
an opportunity to speak, and took it as quickly as he could.
"Now your Excellency, while the Spartan and Namenian
representatives both tell you that they can help you with your
space program, but when it comes to actually doing the deed,
Gondor has already done this. Gondor helped Enduranca launch
their first satellite in our nation, and the entire operation
was a success, with the satellite being given over to Endurancan
Air Force Command once we had launched it. Now are you going to
listen to the promises of these men, or take the proven route
with Gondor? We offer our help to you in a space program."

"I'm afraid I have nothing to offer in terms of a space program,
ours is still fledgling. I'd just like to offer our protection,
we shall be your vanguard to the northwest. We've had our own
hard times... but we pulled ourselves out, and I hate to see
y'all go through the same thing. I saw some of your countryside
as we flew in, it has potential. We have a thriving cattle
industry, if you'd let our ranchers have access, they could
develop and graze the land, giving you a premium on the cost of
beef, as well as tax revenue.

OOC: For my sanity as well as to prevent cluttering of this page
please look for the forum page about our Reconstruction (its
under NationStates or Economy), that will further deals and keep
this page tidy.
"I thank both Prince Edwin and President Sharp, President Sharp
it is my hope that we continue this unity with each other, as
for you Prince Edwin I can assure you that their is no exclusive
deal. We are willing to establish deals with the other States
that hope to further our own State and treat us with equality."

"At first I thought someone was wearing bad colonge than I
realised you have had representatives from DEN and Sparta.
"I would caution you both nations would drag you into
unnecessary wars. West Phoenicia on the other hand is a peaceful
nation. So how can our 2 nations better assist each other?"

"And of our army base on your land. Is it ready for West
Phoenicia to occupy?"
"We already have a good trade arrangements between our two
lands.
And the embassy exchange has been completed smoothly. Our
ambassador Timothy Bain will handle any other issues that may
arise. We wish to see your nation grow and become prosperous in
the region. Is there anything else that you request?
"We wish to discuss a non aggression pact with you. An agreement
that if ever either of our countries are at war with another
nation.We will refrain from attacking each other, aiding the
war effort or using our states as a support base?"

"The army base, which I hope will be used peacefully and to
conduct trade and development in our country, is being
constructed as we speak. While not completed yet I will notify
your leaders when it is completed. As for the Non-Aggression
Pact I would hope to sign it, on the condition that current
efforts are not effected as I have dispatched humanitarian aid
to Texas along with some protection from the Elite Volunteers."
"As for you," he said turning to Prince Charles, "I am not sure
what we could offer you. Does your country require food?"
Finally turning to Prince Edwin of Gondor, "If your King would
like to send teachers or professors into our university program
to assist the teaching and development of our current students
in Rocketry, I would not be opposed. However it is in our
interest to procure supplies to initiate Space Flight,
coincidentally however this cannot be now as our budget is
currently being consumed on reconstruction efforts."
