OOC: You just kinda admitted it, and besides an ICBM I think
would be enough to constitute any kind of intervention.

guests in my country the foreign affairs of your country should
not affect these peaceful talks! Sparta if you have any deal to
offer please say so now, these are not limited access, I am
opening my country to all States that wish to contribute. The
only thing it seems that you offer is of the militant kind. I
have no intention of bringing this country to war, even in light
of our support efforts in Texas, we are keeping our men and
women away from the combat to act as peacekeepers and to support
our fellow State."

President Waylon Sharpe of Highland Appalachia apologizes
profusely for the delay in correspondence, and sends word that
that he will be arriving soon today, due to the proximity of the
two nations.
His attendant adds a note that he will be arriving in
"Copperhead One" a Gulfstream G-5 jet, with his steward and
bodyguard. "Though President Sharpe has the utmost confidence in
your protection, policy demands he always travels with some form
of protection."
