"Tovarishch, I do not wish to cause any issues. And as such, I
only ask that occasionally, we have access to your ports for
trade, for refuelling, and for just... normal naval operations.
Just a random resupply, you see. And that we form an alliance.
It does not have to be military, and as such, we can help
protect you from aggression. We also ask... that your newest
scientific advances be shared with us. How does that sound?" He
asked, smiling. For the first time, the Namenians would be
interacting with the Turkdenenans. And it would be mutually
beneficial.

OOC: Okay so I did a bit of research in my map placement, and I
don't think I have any direct ocean access (Which sucks because
I wanted some, but all the coastal stuff was taken so oh well.)
Unless the American Reich decided to let me have open access
through their territory
In near tears he muttered "This almost feels like a dream..."
Looking the Fürer directly in the eyes he asks with a confidence
and force of will the Fürer had not yet seen, "We would be
absolute equal partners?"

OOC: Then change it to airports
IC:
"Aye, Tovarishch. We would be. As you can already see." He said,
smiling. He stood up, and held out his hand.

After heavy consideration and much thought the President finally
spoke, "I am no isolationist, however you must understand the
importance of this first diplomatic, economic, and militant
proposal." He paused and cleared his throat *Ahem, cough*,
"Excuse me." he then boldly exclaimed, "Today we spark a new
time of friendship, restoration, prosperity, and security. Not
only for the people of my lands, but for the people of yours. I
will accept your deal proudly and without hesitation ask
permission for three things. Firstly that my top militant
officials and commanders be sent for appropriate and modern
training in DEN. Secondly, that I personally have an audience
with the Emperor. Thirdly, we begin these efforts immediately
and without hesitation." Satisfied with himself he ended.

"I think we can make all of these happen, no?" He said, and
smiled, nodding. "Tovarishch, thank you. This is a grand idea
for both of us. We would be glad to train your officers."

"It seems as if our other guests are here comrade. These talks
could be continued through correspondence with our
Representative, now while we wait for the arrival of our guest
it would be a welcome to hear about your leadership and history?
Such subjects fascinate me as it is my educational major."

"Our leadership is a little complicated. Our political system is
mostly military based. It's designed so that in the case of a
large scale invasion we can defend and continue defending
despite capture of high ranking officials. Each governer is a
military leader, and our system is divided into five parts:
Central (We have two Capitols for a reason), Northern, Southern,
Western, and Eastern commands. History? Rather short and
uneventful, really." He said, and smiled, ignoring the West
Phonecian.

"I detect some animosity between you two." The President said,
turning to the Prime Minister. "Would you please elaborate on
your selection of words?
