The two large helicopters began flying in a little above the
trees, entering Capitol airspace. They slowed the helis down
considerably, and began landing just outside the capitol
building, where the doors flung open. The ten guards jumped out
as Vladimir did, the two men in each helicopter holding their
MGs steady on the pivots.

"It would seem," President Faraday started, "That another guest
has arrived."
Another officer walks out of the front gate and salutes Führer
Vladimir, "Greetings sir, His Excellency is in the drawing
room."

"Thank you, officer." He replied, and saluted as he would to a
normal soldier. He turned and waved to his fellow soldiers. With
an order, they began walking to the drawing room. "This way,
Comrades."

As the Fürer enters the room he sees Prince Charles of Sparta
sitting down. The President with another smile greets the Fürer
as he enters the room, hand stretched in welcome. "I have been
anticipating your arrival Fürer, your Representative seems to
have made quite the impression on my own." He motions for the
Fürer to sit.

"Thank you. I hoped my man gave you a good impression of us.
We're not too bad once you know us." He said with a laugh, and
smiled, sitting down. He brushed his trench coat out of the way,
before plopping himself in the chair. "I am sorry for the state
of your nation. If there is anything we can do to help, please,
tell us.

With another smile, albeit a much more troubled one filled with
sadness, he said "Was it really that bad by fly in? I've seen
the state my country is in personally, but from such a view it
must have some more impact."

"Aye. It was... saddening. It reminded me of other battlefields
I've seen. Believe me, I know what it's like." Vladimir
commented, smiling with a sadness much better hidden. He still
had mental and physical scars from his battlefields, but those
were a hell like nothing else seen. "We will be glad to help. I
can even offer my help now."

"Plenty of investment to be made here my friend. That is," he
paused, "If you wish to profit from our country, we have already
received offers from Sparta, who want to establish military
bases in exchange for weapons and training." In a mildly hid
disgust "Not that we need to be occupied or more weapons."
Composed again he continues "However Representative Graham sent
a letter to all States asking for investment or donations, I
would suggest filing that out there if you wanted to contribute
to this country. Or if it is something more personal please let
me know."

"Bah! I wouldn't let those Spartans occupy you. They'd turn you
into all sorts of horrible if a battle came near you. No, what I
offer..." He said, with a smile as he held a fancy cigar out.
"Is rebuilding. I'm offering to help you in any way, any thing,
that you need. You name it, sir, we can help provide it. We can
sell defense weapons at half a cost. We can sell everything in
our trade at half cost. Even nuclear reactors. Relief squadrons
to hand out food, shelter, clothes, anything. Imagine the look
on your peoples face when a group walks in with just what
they've needed. Imagine how happy your people will be with cheap
power."

Emotion overcomes the distressed man (OOC:I have no knowledge of
the age of other leaders I'm still assuming my President is
quite young.) "Thank you Comrade, your offer is extremely
generous and rings true of the inherent goodness in every human
being. However," he paused "at what cost to my people? What
would we owe you? I've already allowed a foreign company to
begin construction of modern infrastructure, what could I
possible give you? I've looked at your military records and some
of your largest projects are worth than my entire GDP! I do not
mean to raise suspicion against you, who I hardly know, and who
has so generously offered these things to me and my people. But
surely you understand my concern sir?" Emotion had obviously
overcame him.
