Namenian military.

President North sighs again, and seems to relax a little- his
heartbeat relaxes, as does his breathing; he appears to have
worn himself out.

consciousness. The first thing he did was grip the flash drive.
"Is there a computer around?" he asked, not opening his eyes
yet.
