       Pacific Ocean
       Enduranca Federal Navy
       SSN-80 ENS Skinwalker
"Contact! Sonar! Fast-mover on our six, it's a torpedo!" the
       sonar-man shouted.
"Blow ballast and evasive maneuvers! All crew brace for impact!"
Alarms began to ring in the boat as it drained its tanks,
preparing to shoot for the surface. At the same time, it leapt
ahead and begun almost fish-tailing through the water, hoping to
if not dodge the torpedo, at least minimize the damage.
       Pacific Ocean
       Enduranca Federal Navy
       SS-23 ENS Wendigo
"Torpedo in the water!" The sonar officer cried out, silent
       running forgotten. "Positive contact!"
"Status of the tubes?" the CO barked.
"Flooded and open, sir," the weapons officer reported.
       "Fire!"
In several explosions of bubbles, four torpedoes shot from the
bow of the sub. They were spreading out in their approach, so at
least one could find its mark.

       Pacific Ocean
       7th Sub Fleet
       UAB-T701
"Contact has blow tanks! Hit is not confirmed!" Sonar said, and
listened. The torpedo was headig for the slow target at 50 knots
now, spreading through the water. Then he picked up something
else... "Tubes flooded! Tubes flooded! Fish in the water! Fish
       in the water!"
"Make a pump turn! Flood all tubes, and launch the SLAM!" He
shouted, and swore. As the sub did a massive right turn, it
launched four noisemakers that began makin all sorts of noise,
then made a hard left turn. Suddenly, it looked like the target
was steaming on a right course at full speed, as they launched
their missiles from the right, before turning hard left. It was
a good, solid maneuver, putting them into torpedo launch
position so they could fire on their enemy, and it gave them a
good escape. The torpedoes looked like they were heading towards
the noisemakers anyway. "Dive for the thermocline!"
They began diving silently for the thermocline, slipping under
it quickly, not wanting to reacquire any lock. They wanted their
       lives. Not their kills.

       Pacific Ocean
       Enduranca Federal Navy
       SSN-80 ENS Skinwalker
The deck tilted as the submarine continued its rocket upwards.
Rudder tilted all the way to the right, it was a desperate
       spiral, but...
"Contact passing, sir, it missed!" the sonar officer said...
before a massive thunderclap proved him wrong.
Crew were thrown off their feet as the sub rocked from the
impact. However, it continued to rise towards the surface.
       "Report!" the CO cried.
"Damage to propulsion! Reactor shutting down!" cried out one of
his technicians. The XO lay unconscious on the deck, having
banged her head in the fall.
"Continue our rise to the surface, get damage control on that
immediately! After the flooding, I want teams to inspect the
       reactors!"
As the sub broached the surface, it settled into the water,
buoyant, but leaking. Enduranca's newest submarine was out of
       the fight.
       ***
Several hundred feet below, the four torpedoes arrowed through
the water. Two impacted the noise makers and detonated. One of
the remaining fish went wide as the enemy sub maneuvered.
However, one continued on, straight and true... as it neared the
hull, it detonated. It failed to score a direct hit, but in the
depths, the pressure of the water magnified the shock wave that
       blossomed out of the warhead.

The 1st and 2nd ASW squadrons, made up of 6 Tu-142 M ASW planes
each, were sent off from both Janesville (1st squadron) and
Green Bay (2nd squadron)air force bases to head towards the
secret Fort Paradise to land and begin operations. The 1st and
Second G-2 bomber squadrons were deployed from Madison Air Force
base, and stealthily flew towards Fort Paradise, numbering 5 per
squadron. The ASW planes were enabled with sonobuoys, chaff,
flares, torpedoes, and depth charges, whereas the bombers had
standoff cruise missiles, chaff, flares, torpedoes, and anti
ship missiles. Escorting each sqaudron was 3 G-35 stealth
fighter jets, totaling 12 fighters with 4 squadrons. It wouldn't
be long before all of the assets landed.

The men on the sub braced for impact as the torpedo detonated
close to the outer titanium hull. The shock from the unguided
torpedo reverbrated throughout the inside, but there was barely
       a dent on the titanium.
"Near miss, sir. They detonated away from us." Sonar said, and
looked around at the men in the bridge. "Enemy has confirmed
hit, surfacing. We hit them in the back, sir. They can't move."
"Good job, weapons! Alright. Stay under the thermocline and come
back up for another attack. Then get out of here." The captain
ordered, and the men cheered. They had done it.

The two cruise missiles headed towards the ship at high subsonic
speeds, skimming along the top of the water and making evasive
maneuvers, it's stealthy body helping to hide contact.

Sitting on the surface, the large attack sub began transmitting
a general distress call over the Enduranca military channel. As
of now, though, the newest boat in the Navy was dead in the
       water.
Suddenly, another sail broke the surface. Sailors on the wounded
sub poured out of hatches, rifles at the ready...
Only to see the Endurancan flag pop out of the hatch on the
tower. A man poked his head up. "You guys need some help?"

       Near Fort Paradise
       Gondor 1st Air Fleet
All of the Gondorian planes that had set out neared their
destination, each squadron lined up in formation. There we're a
total of 34 planes. 12 were ASWs, 10 were G-2 stealth bombers,
and 12 we're G-35 stealth fighter jets. The mission leader,
General James Carson, who was on the ASW plane The
Thunderbolt.Thunderbolt radioed in to Fort Paradise to tell them
of their coming. "Fort Paradise, this is General James Carson of
the Gondorian Air Force, 1st Air fleet. We have a total of 34
aircraft, but only 12 of which you'll be able to detect for
sure. We have the 1st and 2nd ASW squadrons, comprised of 6
Tu-142 Ms each, making for a total of 12. Then we have the 1st
and 2nd Stealth bomber squadrons, comprised of 5 each, totaling
10 G-2 bombers. And finally, with each squadron flies 3 G-35
stealth fighters acting as escorts, for a total of 12 between
the four separate bomber and ASW squadrons. We are nearing your
base and airfields, and would like clearance to land. These
flight crews are tired and need some rest. Over and out."

       The Pacific Ocean
       NS Wheeler
It had been a long day.
The captain stifled a yawn as he walked across the bridge of the
car carrier. It would be another day before they got to their
destination; why was the region so damn big anyhow?
The vessel was filled to the brim with thousands of Heeler
automobiles, destined for the Golden Coast.
       They would never make it.
The crew didn't see the two missiles approach. There was no
radar signature, no warning. Suddenly, the huge carrier opened
like a can as the missiles struck it, blowing decks off with a
       terrible screech of metal.
As the carrier rolled onto its side, spilling its cargo into the
sea, automated distress signals went off.

       DEN
       Fort Paradise
       Army Group E
The crew were underground when the radars came in. Then came the
radio signal. The idiots! They were hogging the radio comms!
They had shut them off and didn't listen to all the bull****
they were giving them. They had counted 34 aircraft on the
radar, but only 24 had come up until closer. Twenty miles in.
Pretty good. The other? Twenty five.
"Squadron, shut the hell up and stay off the radio. Head for
runway 09, and taxi. Then get the hell underground!" The control
ordered, and turned off the radio.
       Diamond Dogs
       Pacific Ocean
       7th Sub Fleet
       UAB-T701
The sub was cruising slowly under the thermocline, when they
heard a crash. The two subs had hit the surface, and we're
waiting right there for him. It was too much for the captain,
who only claimed a cripple in battle. Any knowledgable captain
       knew he could do better.
He ordered the sub to ascend above the thermocline to get a
lock. It was easy. The sub began ascending, and listened
       closely.
       "Bridge, sonar."
"Sonar, Bridge. Contacts?" The captain asked, holding the seat
       gently.
"Two confirmed contacts on the surface. One is taking water."
Sonar replied, and the Captain nodded.
"Weapons, what's the status on the Torps?" He asked. He could
take these. He knew that. His 500 mm would wipe them out in one
       hit as they should've.
"All tubes loaded. We got a weapons lock." He replied, and the
       Captain waited.
"Flood tubes one and four. Launch!" He ordered, and the two
tubes opened up, jettisoning their torpedoes. The homing
torpedoes listened in, before locking on. They began lashing the
subs with sonar, pinging away as the sub began moving slowly
       towards the thermocline.

The squadrons realized what they had done. Too much chatter on
the radio. They had basically given them an ORBAT, but that
didn't matter now. What mattered was following instructions. The
air fleet turned off their radio systems, and landed at runway
9, the first half coming in 5 minutes before the next until all
the men and planes had quickly landed and finished the landing
procedures, and then they went underground, safe behind the
blast doors. But they didn't know if their planes would be.
