Good Evening. As many of you know, the crisis in the
Pacific regarding an issue known as the Diamond Dogs Revolution
is coming to a close, though not by design. The fleet that
caused this issue is fading out of existence, and although we
are doing everything we can, we simply cannot find them.
First of all, I would like to agree with my Endurancan Comrades.
This is apalling. Our security measures could not have been
worse when this happened. I will personally see to it that those
responsible are severely punished for their actions regarding
this.
Secondly, we'd like to apologize because of that. As the Fleet
has caused severe damages, we simply cannot sit back. But we
cannot exactly succumb to what happened. We will repay back what
was lost. We will help those affected recover.
To Enduranca, we fully accept all conditions except the first
one. We cannot afford to simply pluck 500 BILLION dollars from
our budget, and we ask that you reconsider the first condition.
We will repay the damages, we will compensate for the losses,
but we cannot shell out hundreds of billions of dollars out of
an already used budget.
Enduranca scales the payment to $100 billion on the assurance
that they will receive the aircraft carrier.

DEN will personally make and deliver an aircraft carrier, and in
exchange the price would be cut down to 20 billion.

Enduranca was under the impression that DEN had reclaimed the
fleet's forces; if not, they will accept construction of a
carrier for themselves, and the payment- the lowest they intend
to go is 34 billion EY- one billion for every sailor killed on
the Wendigo

Only if the money is used to help the families.

Please state what the name of the carrier will be, and upon
construction start, we shall help build it in our largest ports,
while you can watch.

The carrier will be the ENS CVN-34 Akagi
The EFN will send representatives to watch the construction.

With the name and the Representative allowed in, the first part
of the hull will be laid down for the Akagi, the DEN's Yorktown
Class Supercarrier. She will be able to sport 100 aircraft in
service, and multiple thousands of people.

In Secret
Madison, Underground Central Command Center
King Aragorn had gathered his joint chiefs of staff for a
meeting regarding the latest developments in the 7th Fleet
Crisis. They didn't know too much, though Edward Schwartz had
been giving them regular sitreps on the situation regarding the
solvency level of the issues at hand and the ongoing conflict
between the Namenian and Endurancan governments. Why would
Enduranca hold DEN responsible for a rouge fleet that was out of
their control? It made no sense. It was also a wonder that they
hadn't put up any planes in the air. It had been weeks, and they
had watched as many innocents had died. Aragorn wanted answers.
But not from the Endurancans or Namenians. It had been claimed
that the 7th fleet had simply disappeared. That may be, but he
wanted to find them. He was in conversation with Boromir, head
of the Chiefs of Staff and his right hand, the Steward. He was a
caretaker of the throne, and ruled in the King's absence at
times.
"Boromir, what can we do in a situation that we know so little
about? This whole goulash is complicated, with the Endurancans
and Namenians at odds. We took no part in the planned operations
to hunt down the fleet. At the moment, it would seem that they
are focused on reparations and building ships, rather than
hunting for the bastards. What can we do against such laziness?"
Boromir looked into the eyes of the king, and let out a heavy
sigh. There was no easy answer. The Namenians and Endurancans
did not want to hunt the fleet at the moment, but they did.
Gondor did not want a loose nuclear cannon to be on the prowl;
one that could end the NCSA in a matter of minutes. No, they
would hunt Ryhe down. Boromir lit a cigarette, and answered the
anxious sovereign.
"My lord, we must hunt Ryhe and his goons down ourselves. It
can be done. They may have disappeared, but I promise you that
they will not remain that way for long. We can dispatch two
satellites to watch for them off the West Coast and to look for
sub wakes. One sat will look North to south, and the other will
scan east to west. Once we pinpoint them, we send out the assets
at Fort Paradise to carry out strikes on the ships and
submarines. We should also put some AEWACS up in the air, but I
doubt that Fort Paradise has room for them, or that the
Namenians would want them out and about. We should ask Enduranca
for permission to base some more planes out there. But this is
how we hunt them. Should I ask the Namenians if they clear
this?"
Aragorn grinned, and gave a rather simple command.
"Hell no. I don't trust the Namenians right now. Especially with
the Endurancans ****ed at them. If we find the fleets, we
scramble fighters, ASWs, and bombers to finish this..We keep the
Namenians in the dark about this. Order those two satellites
into position. I want them looking for that fleet asap. Also,
tell Schwartz that he is to use the utmost discretion about this
matters. Keep it hush hush."
Boromir and the rest of the Chiefs of Staff got up and saluted,
with the king telling them to be at ease and to return to normal
duties.
The satellites had their new orbits set, and were moving into
position. It would only be a matter of time before they had
reached their vantage points and were actively searching for the
rouge fleet. The satellites we're the bird's eye view; the
crow's nest. If the 7th Namenian Fleet was to be found or even
glimpsed at, this would be the way.

Still In Secret
Fort Paradise
Barracks
Schwartz and many of the pilots were relaxing on yet another
uneventful day. It was a beautiful day, with good weather, but
they had chosen to stay inside and take the day off. That was,
until Schwartz received a phone call with his new orders. He
jumped to his feet, and listened to the careful instructions
that CENCOMM was giving him. He got his orders, said "Yes, sir!"
and hung up.
Up until that point, many of the pilots and other crew members
had been drinking, smoking, playing pool, or otherwise making
merry on their well deserved time off. Edward heard the many
laughs of his men, some sober, some hung over. He called them to
attention, and they snapped from their trances and saluted him,
some salutes not at the correct height due to lessened sobriety.
"Men, to the meeting room. We need to discuss some disciplinary
issues. You bastards are drunk as all hell and need a whippin.
Git! Go!"
He said that to get them away from the Namenian and Endurancan
soldiers, as his orders were directly from the top and were for
Gondorian ears only. Once the many stooges were assembled, he
told them about the mission and the level of secrecy that they
had to maintain. He had made sure that they had walked into a
room without security cameras, and even then they spoke in
hushed tones. The men were ecstatic, and would keep their
secrets. Finally, some damn fun. They wanted to hunt for the
fleet. They we're just waiting for the order. Schwartz didn't
know if DEN would find out, but he hoped not.
