Hi I'm new here, and for the sake of being the newest member can
someone let me know the economic, cultural, and political
intricacies of the Neo Confederate States? Much thanks for any
replies.

The NCSA is, for all intents and purposes, a true confederacy.
The central government only exists to handle certain matters
that would be difficult for the several states to handle
independently, such as relations with nations outside the NCSA
and the military protection of the several states. It also has
limited power over trade. For instance it is unconstitutional
for one state to levy tariffs on another state's goods or to
prohibit travel through it, except under clearly defined
circumstances and even these are subject to the Congress. The
Constitution also clearly states that the Confederal government
derives its power from the states, not vice versa. So, what the
situation is here, is that you have several small sovereign
states who have banded together for mutual interest. Each state
has different conditions in it and a different culture.
