OOC: Boo, I'm just trying to have some fun. Oh well, you seem to
know the most of this stuff, the point of my country (just in
case you didn't catch it by now) is that its extremely
underequipped and is trying to find its place in this world.
Especially the army, its a bunch of women and men trying to find
a purpose after a lifetime of bloody civil war and is trying to
find purpose to stand for ie: peacekeepers, ruthless assailants,
etc. Also just so their isn't any more misunderstandings I'm not
upset or anything.
