Big News On Bamivo Expansion

In a conference held today in the newly elected capital of
Philadelphia, Prime Minister Grand expressed the national
government of Bamivo's plan for final expansion. The were the
words he had to say.
[center]" Thank you all for coming today as we have some
important news. As many of you know the national government has
made some major moves in the last few weeks. We have taken over
rule of a large portion of land once known as Pennsylvania. The
former government had found themselves in a colossal debt issue
and failed to keep the world and ultimately collapsed. When
Bamivo was willing to move in, we were able to not only save and
add the great citizens of that former nation to our family, but
take over a large portion of land with brilliant infrastructure
already in place. With the process of conversion still very much
under way, we have found ourselves more than doubling in
population, many of whom are in dangerous financial situations
themselves. That is why meeting with my advisors and the Queen,
we have came up with a plan to annex the rest of Pennsylvania
and add it to our beautiful nation so it and its people can
truly strive once again."
"The plan is to annex the complete remaining area of PA with the
center focus being on Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh will become the
true holy empire to the monarch. What many do not understand is
that the monarch of Bamivo is not your traditional monarch.
Every official running the government and military is an elected
official who was put in there position by the people. That is
just how the world works today, Kings and Queens no longer rule
every aspect of their subjects lives. Queen Toni III is a
perfect example of what a Queen should be. She is humble,
charitable and not ever looking to benefit for herself at the
hands of hurting others. But one thing we do need to keep in
mind is that monarchs are meant to rule. To keep such a
tradition, we must not completely rule out the idea of them
holding some power over their subjects. That is why Pittsburg
will become the true definition of traditional monarchy."
OOC: The amount of land should be just under the max of my
expansion so if you need to you can cut into the boarding
counties of Ohio
"Pittsburg will become the Home of the royal family and the
Queen herself. She will be the law, she will be the government
and she will be in control of all finances from the city. All
tax dollars will be handed over to her, a plan that will not
only allow her to make three times the amount of her normal
salary (52,000,000 runis, now it will be 156,000,000) but will
save the taxpayers from the original nations lands from having
to support that bill. All subjects in the city will have to be
approved by the monarch but will be a perfect place for those
less privilege to gain a new start. The queen has already
expressed her plans for free education, free health care and
numerous other perks that the less fortunate citizens need at
the moment. Pittsburg and the western towns of PA, I greatly and
honorably welcome you into our nations arms and cannot wait to
see a true monarchy exist once again in this day in age! Thank

Take Official Rule of Pittsburgh

Earlier this morning the Queen of Bamivo made her first decision
as the true monarch of Pittsburgh. Weeks ago, officially having
parliament hand over the city just weeks ago, she decided to
take over the city three days earlier than planned. With her
cousin and 3rd highest ranking military officially leading the
force. This was the first time anyone has ever seen the new
royal guard as for what most thought, the Bamivo military was
the queens guard. The Queen made comments as procedures were
being taken that she still see's herself as the figure head
leader of the nation and all of it's forces. The Royal Guard
however is a privately defense/policing force that will be used
as the Queens discretion with only in city boarders. The Queen
swiping away comments about her taking the city earlier, she
said that she did it to prevent die hard citizens against her
monarch to causing issues over the weekend. The Royal guard of
over 17,000 made their way into the city and headed first for
the city capital building, then sweeping all other government
buildings. One by one raising the royal flag. Police, Fire and
all other federal buildings wee than transfer over to new
employees that would be taking control at leadership positions.
When the day was done, 17,000 police/defense force soldiers were
placed in 19 different stations across the city with 20,000 more
police/defense soldiers to arrive over the next few days. 21,000
other hand selected private citizens were also brought in and
placed in new positions heading everything from post offices to
teaching positions at schools. The Queen had this to say. " I
understand that that many are upset with losing their positions.
I have heard numerous complaints from teachers, police officers,
government employees and even post office workers, but we need
to realize this is a small amount to the large population of
this great newly holy city. The few that have been put in a
rough situation at the moment must still need remember what this
city will become. Life for all will be much better with much
more assistance and if those not willing to make the sacrifice
could always move to a federal territory. This is a small dot on
the map of Bamivo but this small dot holds Millions of people.
Today was not a sad day, and if you ask most if not all besides
those who had to sacrifice today who live in this great city,
today was a historic and god given day! Thank you."

The New Queen was not present when her family raised the flag
over the capital building but said she is excited to see her new
home. The capital building will become the official palace and
has plans of over 300 million in renovations over the next year.

OOC: I enjoy this thread as it has a real sense of care and is
made very well.
His Excellency would like to congratulate the Queen on this
momentous occasion, he has expressed hopes that the people of
"Pennsylvania" are happily accepted into Bamivan society. From
one elected leader to another he has also noted that total
citizenship may not be the brightest of ideas as the people of
Pennsylvania are not fully accustomed to your society and may
very well elect people that conflict with Internal and External
interests.
