Interior Chiefs of Staff

The Secretary of Interior requests commanders for each of the
branches. For the Coast Guard, a Guardmaster is needed. The Air
Patrol needs a man who is experienced in air exercises and can
lead. The national guard needs a military general who can help
train officers effectively.

A retired lieutenant in the Air Force, Lieutenant David
Alterman, requests to be in charge of the Air Patrol.

Mr. Alterman is accepted into his position. The SOI also asks
for two advisor positions for each commander, making the number
of positions 8.
