       The History of the Gallifrean Time Lords

       The Time Lords were a minority race of humans called Gallifreans
       in the land named (at the time) Pythia. This land was ruled by
       the Pythian race which was named after their god of war, Pythia.
       Very superstitious, the High Priestess of Pythia revolved all of
       culture around this religion. Part of this religion was
       subjugating non-Pythians for service to their god. These cruel
       oppressors found that the Gallifreans were able scientists,
       physicists, and mathematicians. They forced the Gallifreans to
       find and create new technologies that were to be used for their
       ultimate goal of world domination.
       While the Gallifreans did their research, they were able to
       understand the wonders of the relations between time and space,
       thus earning themselves the nickname of Time Lords. The Pythians
       desired this new-found discovery to be put to use for their
       military. In the meantime, the head scientists, Omega and
       Rassilon, worked underground to build an arsenal of advanced
       technology and weaponry to be used by the Time Lords to throw
       off Pythian rule. For years they gathered support and arms for
       the day of their deliverance.
       Finally on November 22, 1963, Omega and Rassilon began the
       revolt in the largest Pythian city, New Orleans. The Pythian
       army and weaponry were no match for the advanced technology of
       the Time Lords. The Time Lord army was able to confiscate
       Pythian ground, naval, and air weaponry to further their cause.
       They were able to free 1/3 of the Pythian land from their
       Pythian overlords, including the capital city of Jackson. The
       leaders of the Gallifrean Time Lords agreed to create an Empire,
       with Omega and Rassilon serving as joint Emperors.
       Five years later Omega and Rassilon led their advanced army
       north to free another third of the original Pythia from the
       oppression of the Pythians. The battle was fierce, but the
       Pythians were pushed back. During one particular push, Omega led
       a battalion against a much larger army, but the Pythians fled
       into a forested area. As Omega led his men in pursuit, all
       contact was lost. After months of searching, Omega was assumed
       to be killed in action, leaving Rassilon as sole Emperor.
       In 2015 the Holy Empire of the Gallifrean Time Lords agreed to
       unite itself with the NeoConfederate States of America. And now
       Rassilon is amassing a large army along the northern border of
       his nation for one final push to eradicate the Pythians and free
       the rest of the Gallifreans.
