would allow Farland Air Force Base to become a major air force
hub for the region.

Sorry, was there a list to choose from? It sounded like there
were subgroups.
The new general is a new addition. Either way, just the branches
the generals requested would be fine.

Enduranca offers the use of Farland Air Force Base as either
WESAD or NORAD.
Retcon will be done on Gen. Vire, also offering the formation of
a Support Wing for the NCSA Air Force (Transport, Refueling,
Airlift)

We'd love to give you WESAD or NORAD, but we need a more middle
area. You can supply commanders to the area, however! The Wing,
though, is very appreciated.
