In other news, Enduranca - if the NCSA will assist in expansion-
would allow Farland Air Force Base to become a major air force
hub for the region.

Sorry, was there a list to choose from? It sounded like there
were subgroups.
The new general is a new addition. Either way, just the branches
the generals requested would be fine.

Lichnowsky will apply for the posts of Commander in Chief of the
Central Command and Eastern Command, respectively.

Enduranca offers the use of Farland Air Force Base as either
WESAD or NORAD.
Retcon will be done on Gen. Vire, also offering the formation of
a Support Wing for the NCSA Air Force (Transport, Refueling,
Airlift)

We'd love to give you WESAD or NORAD, but we need a more middle
area. You can supply commanders to the area, however! The Wing,
though, is very appreciated.

Qualifications: First West Phoenician woman to be appointed as
an Admiral in West Phoenicia. Takes a Hawk attitude over a dove
attitude.
Commander In Chief of Southern Air (CINCSOAIR):
Air Marshall Emily Ops.
Qualifications: 20 years in service in the West Phoenician
Airforce
West Phoenicia will offer 100,000 infantry and Armored Corps
personnel on the condition their commander is of West Phoenician
blood.
