Positions: Southern Command Headquarters
Qualifications: Army General during the Gallifrean rebellion
against the Pythians. Leading General during the conflict ("The
Time Wars") with the Daleks. Has served on the Joint Chiefs for
Emperor Rassilon the last 10 years.
If the NCSA is looking for a Southern Headquarters, we would
bring our city of New Orleans to your attention. Being on the
Gulf Coast in the central part of the south, this would be a
strategic place for army, navy, and air force personnel and
equipment. Even with Time Lord naval bases and commercial
ports, there is still plenty of room for NCSA bases to be
constructed. Response times for most southern nations would be
quick, and it would also allow for protection of the Mississippi
River.

ever, served in the Spartan Civil War and has never lost a
battle, was a Spartan Gladiator for 6 years. Used to commanding
soldiers in the Western Hemisphere.

Until you prove yourself OOC and IC that you can be qualified, I
won't allow you to command the lives of tens of thousands,
possibly hundreds of thousands, of men. And until you accept
that you cannot simply delete a post and it never happened, or
you cannot delete a thread because you failed at commanding, I
will not let you be an officer. Simply put, you are not nearly
qualified.
Improve and I will let you in.

I'd love it if you applied, man. You can also apply for the
Interior Chiefs of Staff, but I need experienced people, which
is why I would LOVE applications. Like me? I'm a pretty good
army commander, I'm a good Air Force commander, but I'm a better
sub commander. I understand subs and I'm pretty good at it. If I
had to put me somewhere, depending on the need, it'd be
CINCSUBFLT.

Would you let three bases in your state? GULFCOM and SOAIRCOM
are in need of a place, and SOUTHAIRCOM could be in one of those
two bases, but we could also use SOTAD there. If only one base,
then we can (and should) spread it out.

There is enough room in New Orleans for all the bases. However,
if you would prefer to spread them out, we put Gallifrean
TimeLords at your disposal. We will hopefully soon have a
military excursion to free the rest of our people from the
Pythians. If we are successful then Memphis will be available
to you as well.
