NCSA Joint Cheifs Of Staff

President Albert Dawning has sent out a request to all active
states requesting two to five high ranking, or highly qualified
officials for the position of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In
addition, the President has created seven HQ positions, and has
made plans for six additional HQ military bases, labeled as
Central Command, Northern Command, Southern Command, Western
Command, Eastern Command, Alaskan Command, and Richmond Central.
These seven command stations will boost response time, as well
as early warning, ease of command to far out troops, and will
offer quick deployment of troops in case of invasion or
disaster. Each of these positions come with two to five command
posts.
The positions are as follows:
Air Force
Sub Fleet
Surface Fleet
Army
Overall Army Command
Overall Naval Surface Command
Overall Naval Sub Command
Overall Air Command
Guard Command (Honor Guard, Air Guard, Naval Guard, Secret
Service)
Special Operations Command (Special operations soldiers, anti
terrorist units)
In addition, a conference will be held to determine whether or
not certain WMDs are to be considered for use, and this will
involve the JCS. Currently, Commissar Junkers, for his service
to the President, was offered CINCGUARD, to which he accepted.
CINCSOCOM is currently Vladimir Karmaroc Lenin, who has already
made a public statement that the first Special Operations team
is being made. Also on the SOCOM team as his advisors and
deputies will be a man from CSM, and a man from Gondor, should
the two accept.
DEN has currently offered men for the CINCSUBFLT positions, but
that will be decided later. Surprisingly, they also offered to
fill every position in Alaskan Command, citing their ability to
fight in harsh winter and mountainous regions. Other than that,
they offered no other positions, to the surprise of Dawning, who
had expected a Namenian to ask for CINCAIRFOR.

Again the President requested positions, this time for the
National Guard, Coast Guard, and Air Patrol, which will have no
ties to the military. Officially, this falls under the Secretary
of Interior's command when activated. He also requests that the
SoI make these decisions for the President, as he does not want
to cause a crisis by absorbing more power.

The Gondorian officer is accepted, and is placed in command of
CINCRICHSOCOM, being re ranked as a General of the NCSA Army.

Qualifications: 35 years in Federal Navy service, graduated top
5% in his academy class. Retired five years ago following a
dispute with officials, yet has remained a presidential favorite
ever since.

Qualifications: Harvest has been in bomber command for 40 years.
Ensho moved up the ranks in his long military career, and is now
a 5-star. Kelly is the nation's first woman general, and has
extensive experience with fighter and ground strike roles, both
fixed wing and rotary aircraft.
