Re: NCSA military plan

At the moment, no. Reich vehicles are generally either
transports with light armament (machine guns) that aren't really
meant to be involved in battle properly -- only to move troops
to it -- and MBTs, which rely on their main guns for that job.

With a population of only 2.3 million people in our State, we
may or may not be the lowest population count in the
Confederacy, however a surge of patriotism and recovering from a
Civil War has given us the burden of a large army, we bring our
entire army to the Confederacy of 100,000 people with varying
degrees of training but unfortunately I'll equipped and with
varying degrees of experience. While unfortunate donations or
the purchase of armed weaponry would be appreciated. We would
also like to begin construction of two bases, one for the
training and station of armed forces, and the construction of an
airbase, that would be open to the Airforce of any state that
wishes to be stationed there. They would need to supply officers
and the appropriate vehicles however.

While enjoying the offer and kindness, we can not and will not
accept your donation of troops, as you need to have a standing
army as well. We will, however, accept the bases. Please name
the commanders of the bases and the names of the bases.

We would not be completely defenseless as our elite troops have
requested to serve His Excellency. The Airbase is currently in
Negotiations with WP, the army base we have decided to name it
Button Gwinnett, with it's commanding officer being a Major
David Trevor Phillips. Who will be promoted to the appropriate
rank for his outstanding service to His Excellency during the
final years of the Hundred Year Conflict.

We must stress that any bases made for the NCSA military cannot
be owned by a different state. The bases would further become
Confederally owned territory, to ensure continued use if the
state ceases to exist, as well as to provide logistical reality.

Understandable, however with or without ownership of this base
we would still need outside help in facilitating it, as we have
no air craft and aren't in any situation to begin a manufactory
of any and all aircraft. This is also our proposed payment to WP
in a complicated economic transaction. We apologize if this
causes any inconvenience to the Confederacies efforts in the
future, but we are still negotiable for any and all resolutions
for this problem.

Re: NCSA military plan
By: Highland Appalachia Date: July 20, 2015, 1:22 am
---------------------------------------------------------
Appalachia has a thriving Arms industry, and we'd be honored to
present our weapons for consideration:
1. 5.56 Assault Rifle
We believe 5.56 to be the superior choice due to the light
weight and recoil, allowing the soldier to carry more ammunition
and shoot more effectively.
We propose the venerable Smokey Mountain Arms M21. These are
currently being adopted into our own armed forces, and the
feedback from the boots on the ground has been phenomenal. It is
based on a tried and true platform, with many improvements. It
is considered one of the more accurate standard rifles in
service today. It is very modular, so if a different caliber is
decided upon these rifles can easily be converted.

Weight: 8lbs
Caliber: 5.56 NCSA
Effective Range: 600 yards
Feed-System: 30 round magazine
Barrel Length: 15 inches
2. .45 auto pistol
When it comes to pistols, .45 auto is the go-to for a close
range manstopper. Thus, we propose the Coleman Mk11. An updated
version of a legendary firearm. Accurate, reliable, and packing
a punch, the Mk11 is a perfect choice as a sidearm.

Weight: 2.2lbs
Caliber: .45 NCSA
Effective Range: 60 yards
Feed-System: 10 round magazine
Barrel Length: 5 inches
3. 7.62 Marksman Rifle
We propose the Smokey Mountain Arms M24, a 7.62 variant of the
M21. This carries all the advantages of the M21, but with a
longer barrel allowing for greater accuracy as well as a much
bigger punch. Since the two rifles are ergonomically identical,
it is incredibly easy for a soldier to convert from the assault
rifle to the battle rifle with no extra training.

Weight: 8.4lbs
Caliber: 7.62x51mm NCSA

Barrel Length: 20 inches

By: West Phoenicia Date: July 20, 2015, 1:37 am

The West Phoenician Air Force Base is not part of the NCSA base
agreement. It was an agreement between our two states.
We have Air Force Personnel being posted to that base. It will
also be used not only for West Phoenicia purposes but to assist
our allies in the nation of Turkdurken from other states wanting
to invade.
