NCSA military plan

President Albert Dawning of the NCSA has recently announced a
call to all states to help with the creation of an NCSA
military. Already, there are thousands of DEN and Missouri
troops, but the need for a standardized army for the NCSA cannot
be ignored. As such, the call has gone out for a maximum goal of
1 million soldiers, three naval bases, five air bases, and five
army bases for the military. Along with this is the ability for
states to conduct a presentation.
The million soldiers will be divided into ten armies, and each
army will have 100,000 troops. Among these are two airborne, two
armored, and six infantry divisions. Because of this need, the
President has called each state to present arm or arms of their
choosing for a selection and testing. For ease, the list will be
split into three branches: Army, Airforce, and Navy. The last
two will come later.The required is listed below:
Infantry:

[li]A 7.62 mm or 5.56 mm assault rifle[/li]
[li]A 9 mm or 5.56 mm sub machine gun[/li]
[li]A 4.56 mm, 5.56 mm or 7.62 mm personal defense weapon[/li]
[li]A high powered 5.56 mm or 7.62 mm carbine [/li]
[li]A 7.62 mm, 8.62 mm, or 10 mm marksman rifle[/li]
[li]A 5.56, 7.62, and 12.7 mm machine gun[/li]
[li]A .45, 5.56, or .38 pistol[/li]
[li]An anti air and anti tank rocket launcher[/li]
[li]A 75 mm mortar[/li]

Armor:
[list]
[li]An APC with abilities to carry 10 men and hold a 12.7 mm HMG
(turret optional). Must be able to withstand up to 12.7 mm
rounds, and must be able to fit ERA.[/li]
[li]An APC with abilities to carry 5 men and hold a turret with
a 40 mm grenade launcher, 30 mm chaingun, 20 mm chaingun, or a
quad 12.7 mm with a 7.62 mm coaxial machine gun. Must have two
rocket launchers for anti air or anti tank purposes, and armor
to withstand 20 mm, with the ability to fit ERA padding.[/li]
[li]A heavy IFV/light tank with a 75 mm main gun and a coaxial
7.62 mm on a turret, with four rocket launchers, ERA padding,
and advanced jamming. Must be able to withstand 20 mm, and must
be able to fit four soldiers, and be able to move in water.

[li]An anti aircraft tank with a 20 mm minigun, dual quad 20 mm
chainguns, dual 7.62 or 12.7 mm miniguns, or dual 30 mm
chainguns with eight anti air missiles and a high powered
tracking radar and search radar. Must withstand 12.7 mm. [/li]
[li]A self propelled gun with 105, 120, 132, or 155 mm gun in a
turret, with a satellite uplink for advanced accuracy. Must
withstand shell fragments, and 12.7 mm[/li]
[li]A main battle tank with 120 mm, 125 mm, 130 mm, or 140 mm
main gun, a 7.62 mm or 12.7 mm coaxial, a remote controlled 40
mm grenade launcher, 20 mm, 12.7 mm, or 7.62 mm on top, and a
7.62 mm machine gun. Must have over 500 mm of armor on it, with
ERA pads, and advanced technologies. [/li]
[li]An APS system to defeat high caliber autocannon rounds,
missiles, and high caliber rounds.[/li]
[li]An anti tank missile that fires from the above mentioned
tank barrels[/li]
[li]A 75 mm, 88 mm, 105 mm, 132 mm, 155 mm, and 205 mm mortar
and artillery cannon[/li]
[li]A tank destroyer with a turret that can fit either a large
main cannon, or eight anti tank rocket launchers.[/li]
[li]An armored car that can hold ten people, and be fitted for
ambulance, logistics, or troops, with a 12.7 mm main gun, and
armor to withstand 8.62 mm.[/li]
[li]An armored logistics truck that can hold thirty people, and
be used as an ambulance, troop carrier, or cargo. Must withstand
7.62 mm[/li]

No prototypes? No tech will be developed? I thought you'd jump

Sparta requests to develop the artillery cannons of all sizes
and the tank destroyer as well as the APS system.

Texas will donate 2,000 troops. Also, will give this army $3
million in funding. And an anti air and anti tank rocket
launcher.

The troops will be accepted with gladness.
As for the technology, you may develop whatever you like. The
final product is to be tested at special areas and then decided
upon later.
