Would it help if I gave the Speaker of Congress the ability to
send out forum wide PMs/Emails. Like I did for the new congress
registration thread. He could then use them to attract attention
to bills sitting on the floor of the Congress. I think people
may be missing new bills because the "new post" light is always
on due to the sign up thread.
