Upon landing three West Phoenician Security and a government
advisor details await at the airport to meet and greet Foreign
Minister Mariano Drolia and staff to escort them to the Royal
Jackson Hotel.

The Gallifrean Air jet carrying Colin Baker, emmisary of Emperor
Rassilon, and his advisory team enters Jackson airspace and
requests permission to land.

Emmisary Colin Baker and two aides land and depart the plane.
They speak to one another of the beauty of the airport and the
gracious greeting given by the hosts.

Queen Alotta Diesel-Bush of West Phoenicia greets each delegate
as they arrive in the grand ballroom.
"Please eat and drink and be merry. I am honoured you have all
attended to discuss greater cooperation between the Grand Ole
Southern States. I hope these talks can produce good fruits in
the way of economic, politically and Military cooperation
between our states."
We in West Phoenicia hope for a win-win situation where ideas
can be shared and agreed upon to make this region bountiful.

President Vinnibaelio finally arrives with his butler and guards
after a delay of almost 2 hours at Charlotte. They sprinted to
the hotel, not stopping once. He finally slowed to a normal walk
when he entered the hotel. When he sat down, he drank 3 glasses
of water in a row before finally ordering a Merlot.

Queen Alotta Diesel-Bush approached the podium as
representatives from the southern states enjoyed a banquet
prepared by some of the finest chefs West Phoenicia had to
offer.
"Welcome esteemed guests to the Grand Old South Conference. We
hope this conference can bring our nations together. Create
bonds of friendship and mutual trust. Our goal of this
conference is to create a power Alliance block of southern
states to help all our economies. As well as agreeing to mutual
non aggression pacts between all our fine states and in times of
need when invaded by another state or threats from another state
we can band together to assist each other.
we want the best for all southern states. We need to usher in a
new era of unity.

After finishing a plate of shrimp, Mr. Vinnibaelio struggles to
lift himself from his seat, still in pain from the run. It took
him longer longer than usual, but he did eventually stand up.
"While we're on the topic of pacts, may I suggest a free borders
pact? Allowing people to move freely between our nations will
increase trade dramatically, growing all of our economies." He
then walked to the banquet to get a steak, and ended his
struggle by sitting back down.
